Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and extremly helpfull. Breakfast is of good quality. however, I didn't like that the room door opens directly on the bed. bed being next to the door every noise penetrated even with earplugs it was difficultto get used to it and have a good night sleep.

There are pros and cons to this hotel. Very central, clean, and loads of good bars and restaurants in the area (reasonably priced too for Copenhagen). However, the beds are not massively comfortable, and music downstairs until 2am so unless you are very tired you might not sleep. The toilet door has a massive gap so if you are a...

Yes, great location. However: - No drinks (not even water, tea, coffee) in the room. When you are in business and working in the room, you don't want to stop working to go down to reception and buy a drink. - when booking, it wasn't very clear that the "restaurant" didn't do dinner. Just breakfast (which was terrible). - Bell...

The staff was friendly but the room was very small and they did not make any effort to turn the beds into 2 separated beds (was only a question of using 2 singles sheets instead of one double). The location is very convenient and the hotel is clean.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to read that you liked the service from the staff. We do have twin rooms and in this rooms the beds are seperate. The other rooms are with one bed and then with one sheet. We hope to welcome you again next time you visit Copenhagen. Best regards The staff

Went to Copenhagen for some days with my friend last weekend, and I was truly disappointed in this hotel! First of all, there was a bell tower right outside that rang every 15 minutes. I know the hotel can't remove the bell tower, but at least make sure the rooms are a bit sound proof. People walking in the hallway...

I would like to stay here again. The personell was friendly. We was taken good CARE of. The breakfast was good. OUR grandchild liked the juice dispenser so we had to drink a lot of juice! The atmosphere and the frienldlyness of the straff was exelent.

The double bedroom are not very high standard for an 4* Hotel. Cleanyless should be better. Very central to most attractions to the city centre and shopping at stroget. Good Breakfastroom and good quality of food.

Traveled here over Easter break and have the following thoughts: Room: The room is small. Had a standard double room and the room is indeed small (wouldn't be ridiculous to compare it to a college dorm in terms of space to bed ratio). The bed feels good...firm and definitely provides a full rest. Theres a heater that you can control...

I was definitely expecting more for a 4 star hotel, but it just felt... average at best. The staff made up for all the hotel lacked. They were excellent and helpful! The room: tiny. To be expected as we got a standard room. But the mattress was uncomfortable, which made me sad. Not only that, but the bathroom door wasn't...

The breakfast was terrible. They did not even manage to make the bacon properly. "Delicious breakfast", mhmmm. The rooms were small. Felt like those Finland ferry cruises cabins. Quite expensive. Noisy. And that bell tower outside ringing every hour. Try to avoid.
