Perfect location for exploring the city and less than 10min to the main train station and Tivoli Gardens. Yes the rooms are small and it's not the fanciest of places but the very cheap price reflects this. They even had a free glass of wine every night for the guests, which when considering the price of wine in Copenhagen is...

Very conveniently located, about a 5 minute walk from Tivoli Gardens and the main shopping streets. Small, basic rooms and the lift was a bit creaky but the loaction was so good we didn't mind. The free wine hour was a nice gesture as well and an opportunity to get talking to other guests in the hotel

Four of us stayed for one night at this hotel in July 2016. It is VERY basic accommodation and expensive for what it is. The hotel is in desperate need of a total refurbishment. The lift is probably the smallest I've ever been in and so slow - only two people could fit in it at a time with luggage...

Very central hotel right next to the Radhushaven and about a 15 min walk to Nyhaven. Lots of shops, bars and places to eat. Fabulous breakfast in scandi style bar area. Big comfortable room with individual pieces of furniture and views onto Town Hall. However, loads of stains on carpet and some noise from the street during the night.

Appalling ... Absolutely disgraceful. We arrived to be informed that the room we had paid for was no longer available and were offered one between the main street and the beer garden full of drinkers and smokers. Apart from the inaccessability with luggage (ancient steep stairs, doorways, narrow passages) the bathroom was mouldy, bed was like a trampoline and the...

I stayed there during business trip. Staff was always smiling, helping. Breakfast was wonderful. Place of hotel was very good. I went everywhere I wanted on foot. Only negative point was the request of deposit during stay (500 DKK). Which I found weird.

With the price of 365€ of a superior level room I expect some basic level of cleaness and facilities. How ever no minibar, no kettlle, no ironing, no air conditioning, and the worst is unhygienig bath as there are mould and dead insects. Also the terrible caroet on room 424 forced us to use shoes all the time. They believe...

Un-clean, worn-down, no air-condition and service is unbelivable poor. Staff attitude is "couldn't care less" - style. This is an outdated, overpriced hotel not close what you should expect in sny nordic city. Strongly recommend to avoid it. I decided to book another hotel after 5 minutes. They refused to refund my pre-payment. Worst ever client approach.
