Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights in December. Check in was easy. We arrived at 11am and upgraded our room for only 100dkk per night which was really worth it. We stayed in 12222 which was very quite and had a huge window with views over the city. The room was very adequate for our purpose of...

It's a low-cost hotel that has everything you need, clean, bright etc -- more of a work place really, not exactly a romantic getaway hotel. Easy to hire good bikes which is so useful in Copenhagen. Ask for a "heaven" room, which costs a bit extra -- $10? -- but gives you huge high window over the south and the...

I was attending a conference and stayed here because it was close to the metro from the airport (Kongens Nytorv) (5 minutes walk) and about 10 minutes walk to Norreport train station where I could catch a train to the conference venue. The hotel is as other reviewers have described it. It's budget, the rooms are small and perfectly formed....

The only difference is of cause the location. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with them and we will make sure to forward your great...

I came to Copenhagen with my partner for a short 3-night weekend break at the end of October, and ended up booking this hotel in a bit of a panic because our Air BnB had cancelled on us last minute. I'm glad we did though, because for the price it's a cute little budget hotel. The rooms are TINY, but...

Two of us stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. At check in, we were told that for an additional $39 per night, we could get into our room 15 minutes earlier than 3.00pm and we would be given 2 sq.meters more of space than the 'regular room' - we did not accept. Is this a way of making more...

We recently stayed at Wake up in Copenhagen. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk from central station. Clean towels and toiletries were provided daily. The breakfast was included in our room price, there was not a great choice of foods provided at breakfast however the food was nice. The room was very small, would be...

Typical Scandinavian design, small and functional rooms but cheaper than the normal prices in Copenhagen. The lobby is very cozy and ideal for meetings. Well connected by direct bus 5A to the airport and next to the central station.

My phone broke down while I was staying in the Wake Up so I did not have an alarm clock. I went down to the reception and asked if the hotel can wake me up - the lady at the reception was not nice - she told me that it is not possible to wake me up (in a hotel...

Great location, 5 minute walk from Tivoli World and the shopping mall. The rooms are small but fully functional, they've made the most of the space. The view of the city is lovely to. There is a bar in the hotel and the main reception/lobby area is large and modern. You can also hire bikes.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
