We enjoyed our stay at the Legoland Castle Hotel. The staff members were very helpful and Covid-19 measures in place. The only “complaint” I would have would be with the hotels food. Breakfast lacked variety and after staying several days was not good. The same goes with the dinner buffet, except at dinner you pay an absorbent amount for again, lacklustre food.

Magical place, fantastic atmosphere. At entry you get a task to solve. If you do - win the prize. Feels like living on Lego planet. Very good restaurant, food for kids and parents. Hotel clean and safe. Lots of child-like activities: 2 playgrounds, boxes with bricks in lobby. We loved it.

Somewhat expensive. $750 for one night for a room with a queen size bed and three bunk beds, and 3 two day entry passes. Buffet Dinner was reasonable with all drinks (8 different wines and beer) included for $60 pr person. All in all a fun and worthwhile experience. Go for it would be my advice🥂🇩🇰

A family stay with 2 small kids and parents. The rooms are actually really nice and clean. However, the massive drawback is the restaurant with mediocre food and time wasted queuing constantly(!) The staff is polite and tries to help but seems uncoordinated and not too high ambitions for service level. Recommend to only buy accomodation, alternatively pick a hotel away from Lego.

Very poor house keeping service. The cleaning guy left the full trash bag on the table, and forgot to collect the used cups in the first day. We stayed there for 3 nights, if we did not go to the reception to ask the cleaning service every evening, the room wouldn’t be cleaned, even though we put a cleaning sign on the door. Further, it was always long queue to get both in the restaurant, and get coffee and food, even though we have reserved a time for the breakfast. Service needs to be improved.
