We liked everything in Holiday Village, but especially the Village itself. Due to Covid 19 we couldn't go to Denmark in 2020, so we rebooked our stay to 2021. We changed our booking from Hotel Legoland to Legoland Holiday Village and we were happy - all teritory is very nice, children can enjoy outside playgrounds. Afterwards we paid attention that Legoland Hotel has windows towards Legoland, so everyone can look inside and see the beds.

We spent one night in one of the pirate cabins. Most things we were happy with. There were dine in restaurant and takeaway restaurant to choose from. Many playgrounds and a supermarket available. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered good variety. Would be better if there was more green (cucumber, salad etc). One major dissatisfaction is about the beds. The bedsheets were not properly made. They were “placed” on top of the mattresses without properly tugged under the mattresses, and the mattresses underneath were visible (made them look unprofessional) This was the same on all mattresses in the room. Also, one of the bunk beds had a urine stench (i happen to have very sensitive nose) Since it was only one night, we didn’t make a fuss. Must say these are basics that no hotel (no matter how many star) should miss, especially not when it costs more than DKK2000 a night. Very disappointed on this hygiene point. Else everything was great.

We had a trip as a family and at the beginning i thought it would be boring for me, but I had fun too and kids enjoyed it alot and were asking for possible further stay. I would say the most fun part was the day that we spent in Lalandia in the water park.

Check in was helpful and had food at the restaurant in the village .Maybe sausages for the kids? Plenty of things for the kids to do on the campus , but the wifi needs improving .Accommodation was cozy(ie could be cramped if you have 4 or 5 in a cabin) as we had a cowboy cabin . Nice and clean. Use parking 6 if you have checked out .It's not that far away and was virtually empty in the morning. Most be difficult to cook as the place to wash and dry dishes is limited.

Wonderful place just walking distance from Legoland. Staff was very friendly and helpful, place is clean and calm. Very kids friendly, there are plenty of playgrounds in the Holiday Village and space for outdoor activities. For sure we will visit again!
