The room is dirty, it smells like sewage. The bathroom is a joke. The design gives you a feeling they are renting it per hour in the 1990s. Very noisy outside. (that is ok as it is in the centre but good for you to know) The room is also very warm so you need to have the window open to be able to sleep which makes it a bit worse. I used headphones all night to manage the screams of people outside... on a Wednesday. Stayed in a standard room and I can’t believe there is a lower-tier. Is economy rats and pie on the floor? So this is most likely standard for Cabinn but "under the stairs cupboard" for any other hotel. I staying for two nights and got one soap bag for one shower. The soap smells like candy or a baby toothpaste if you are into that. If you for some reason decide to stay here I recommend you to shower elseware. Also, bring your own water... This place made me reflect on my life and be thankful I can choose not to stay here again.

Despite the very satisfying and nice customer service, it is still the worst experience I had in a hotel. If you like trash parking view and noise (even with the window closed) till more than 1 am, that’s the one ! You can’t rest and confort is very minimum...

The location could not be more central, the price is inviting. But. Room cleanliness is a issue, the toilet needs chlorine, hair in the shower. In the evening when we come back after dinner, there was a lot of trash on the tables in the shared areas and lobby, bins full to the top. When we were checking in, the waiting line was a hell, more than one hour, we found out there was a problem with laundry delivery. Since we arrived early in Arhus, we were asking if there was a possibility to check in early, but were told to wait until 3 pm, so after being around all day, one hour waiting was extremely exhausting. We got one hour more at checking out, when asked.

It is getting worse each time. Very Cold room, and they have cut expences apparently, which affected the quality and quantity of the soap and washing liquid. Another simple but important thing I noticed (and am not sure it has been like that Always or not) when you turn off the lamps, electricity will gone also!! Then you wake up with a not charged laptop. There was a tea and a coffee bag with just one glass and one suger. The curtain was too short for the window and didn't cover it all. I had experienced, they are becoming week, but now, they have competitors in their price. Very good location won't guarantee their guests coming back.
