Just returned from our second visit to Villa Orsa and had another gorgeous stay. If you want to stay in a calming authentic Greek hotel then this is the place . The location is fabulous ( if you don't mind the steps from the old harbour which we found quite fun) beautiful breakfasts on the terrace and Orsa and staff...

We had a great holiday here. The location was central but quiet. Beach, restaurants and shops within very easy walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Views were fabulous. Owner really seemed to care about his guests.

Good hotel in a fantastic location . View from the room wonderful. Shower a bit tricky and you had to be careful not to get water everywhere. Perhaps the bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade Breakfast adequate but the same, more or less, every day and quality of some elements not as high as I would have expected for...

We were very happy with our location. The rooms were simple, but tidy and clean. There were a safe and a TV (which you won't need on such a beautiful island!). The hotel sits on the rock framing the entrance to the old harbour. Vis-a-vis, on the other side, you can see the little castle. There is are narrow, steep...

We arrived with a little trepidation having heard it was a difficult walk to get too. It was a little bit steep but wow was it worth it. The hotel is a gem and the staff are fantastic the rooms are bright and sunny and the views are outstanding the only down side is the shower which is a bit...

The hotel was beautiful! It is an old building that used to be the house of the "Orsa" family (still is run by the orsa family new generation!) It has been recently renovated but without any alterations to its character! It is litteraly based on the sea upon a big rock and from all of the rooms balconies you can...

An old Greek hotel high up above the sea in Skiathos town. Dark wooden furniture, scuffed marble and yes a very small very basic shower room. Pay extra and get a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea and sit there with a cold drink watching boats sail past and reading your holiday book. As evening gets on walk down the cobbled...

If you do choose this "hotel" (in fact just a basic B&B) then make sure the taxi driver from the airport takes you to the Panaia (pronounced pan-eye-yah) Limnia Church, not the old port or the health centre. You theoretically then have a five minute downhill walk lugging your luggage ! The walk up from the town (old/new port, etc.)...

Very small shower! To a point you cant have a shower without splashing water everywhere.. In addition to this, the hotel is at a location its difficult to reach carrying your luggage because of the many steps and the way the streets are. A car cannot approach the hotel. Otherwise very friendly staff and a beautiful establishment true to the...
