Stayed here for 3 nights. Very good hotel to explore the city and go for sightseeing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the airport/port, few minutes walking distance to restaurants/bars. Would definitely recommend if you want to explore the city.

The location was good, near the old city and port, but the facilities were worn and the staff tired in comparison to many comparably priced hotels. The decor was drab and somewhat dusty. The breakfast room overlooking the harbor, and the breakfast itself were the high points of our experience. We stayed there for two nights separated by a few...

Excelent breakfast, because of the variety and because of the views from the breakfast room. Excellent location (close to the harbour but also to centre town), helpful staff. Renovated rooms. t's a very good value for money.

This hotel is conveniently located downtown, a 5 minute walk from the major street as several top attractions in Heraklion. Rooms were quite tight, with a hard single bed and some wear and tear around the edges (scuff marks on the walls, broken shower doors, etc). Hotel lobby was welcoming, and breakfast was fantastic. Be sure to clarify if it's...

Little did I know that the nearby Megaron is offering infinitely better rooms for half the price. The convenience of the location is undeniable, especially if you're coming or going by boat, but €70 is too much to pay in Crete nowadays to sleep on a hard slab of foam rubber (in the guise of a mattress) with a lump...

Of the three places we stayed on our trip to Greece, this was the most posh (and also the most expensive). The room was posh, with a bathroom that looked very modern. The balcony was perhaps even bigger than the room, with a beautiful view of the harbor. One night my husband and I sat outside on the balcony, drinking...

Great location - just a few minutes walk from the main central area. Nice rooms and very good service. Also, very honest - I left a bag when checking out and they called me later about this and kept it safely until I could pick it up the next evening - it had cash and all of the cash was...

We stayed just one night after arriving Heraklion airport late in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had booked the Family Room with seaview (for 4 adults), however were a little concerned that the sofa bed might not be comfortable for our two college-aged daughters to share; the management kindly upgraded us to two standard rooms...

This hotel is near to Heraklion's main transport hubs, to the harbour and a five minute walk from any of the town centre streets or squares. Service was efficient, with one particularly helpful receptionist. The man in charge of breakfast was rather severe and kept a watchful eye on everything that went on!
