Well, the doors all lock ok and there are locks on the inside of the balcony windows. It felt secure when we were there. To be fair, crime is almost a non-point in the Greek islands. The Greek people are very honest, and the idea of stealing from someone else is pretty much an alien concept. You'll be fine. Kavos Bay is a great place.
