Hotel is situated in the port with beautiful views towards the harbour and the city. The staff is extremely nice and each morning serves delicious breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, they are split into day area and mezzanine level with bed. Very romantic hotel.

After four nights at Casa Leone in Chania with the best possible view of Chania Harbour from a private 25 square meter terrass with a table to enjoy your wine and fruits in the sun and sunchairs to rest, the wonderful staff deserves the 5 stars and a word of appreciation for their service.

I'm a travel writer and a public relations professional who's traveled fairly extensively. Like anybody else, I've my own expectations even before taking a journey. The anticipation of Chania and Case Leone's honeymoon suite was an acute and special circumstance my wife and I just enjoyed. As it turned out, we were delayed in our journey to Chania and wonderful...

Simply splendid! My wife and I had two wonderful nights at Casa Leone with it wonderful old world ambience, yet modern accommodations with an incomparable view of Chania harbor and proximity to everywhere. The receptionist/day manager Virginia, housekeeping head Maria and the owner Mr. Nikos were so amazing in every way from places to go, restaurant recommendations. They were all...

What a fabulous boutique hotel. We have just returned from a 7 night stay and have no hesitation in recommending Casa Leone for so many reasons. The location is magical. We were able to sit on our balcony looking across the harbour and soak up the atmospheric aroma that prevailed. The hotel is small and intimate. The owner Nicos, aided...

The hotel is a family running old house converted toa hotel, located in the heart of Chania old town, in a very good location with great view. The owners are very warm and friendly. The room was spacious, warmly decorated, the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast was nice, prepared right when you ask for it. In general I...

Superb intimate hotel with only 5 rooms overlooking the old Venetian harbour in Chania. Room 4 may be the smallest room but is beautifully furnished with a comfortable 4 poster bed. Air conditioning available in the room - at night we had the window open so we could listen to the sea. Very quiet room, although the harbour front is...

Very charming place. Maria is everything in the place. She cleans. She makes breakfast and she's also the concierge. The view from the balcony is amazing. Everything in that old house is perfect. Especially Maria who called the taxi in our way to the airport to inform me that i forgot the charger in the room. Thank you Maria.

From the minute you start to walk from Tallos Square to Casa Leone you know you are visiting somewhere special. The alleyways to the hotel are a delight. From arrival to departure we were made extremely welcome. Nikos and Anna the owners have a wealth of information on not just the hotel but Chania and Crete itself, spanning the decades,...

Best view in old town. Old mansion that is now operating as hotel. Loved the breakfast served in the lobby with a breathtaking views of the venetian harbour 4* service, friendly staff. The entrance is not from the harbour side. You have to walk in an alley in the back, so keep in mind when searching the entrance
