The hotel is located actually between the marina and the lake. Perfect location to walk anywhere in Agios Nicolaos. The way there is about 100m slightly uphill but thats hardly any problem. Owner extremely friendly and helpful welcomed us warmly and even offered to take us to KTEL station on our departure. Room and ensuite bathroom spacious, with a/c, small...

Small rooms, terrible acces to the hotel, hard way to walk there that sends you by the hardest streets and no car parkinng around. The staff was not really friendly. Giving this place one star is more than they deserve.

We stayed there for one week. On arrival the owner greeted us friendly and gave us a bottle of water as a welcome gift. The room was okay (2 beds, TV, air-condition, fridge, bathroom) but it was a little bit dark and provided no nice view outside the window. (I recommend to book a room with sea view, since they...

The access to the hotel is only good by car, hard way to walk there that sends you by the hardest streets. The room is dark, very dark and old and there's a huge and noisy fridge in one side of the bed.

The welcome was great. The staff were really friendly and always there on hand. The rooms were really clean and towels were excellent. Breakfast was good value 5€ for superb Greek yoghurt and honey, fresh juice, brioche type bread, preserve, boiled egg and coffee. Surprisingly a very quiet area.good views.

Nicely situated between the beach, bars and tavernas at Kitroplatia and the lake in the town centre, this is a simple and welcoming place. We had a few glitches at first with air conditioning and water heating but these were satisfactorily resolved. The rooms are small and storage is scant but the rates are low. We did not try the...

We only stayed one night. A basic hotel which I have no objections to but there is no excuse for exposed wires above the bed. Needs some TLC. Perhaps we just had a bad room. On the plus side, the owners was very friendly and nice breakfast.

We stayed here for one night during our stay in Crete on a road trip to Agios. We checked in late about 9:30pm through word of mouth at a Greek restaurant. The owner even picked us up from the middle of town, gave us free water on arrival and was very friendly! We paid €30 for one night and for...
