The hotel is well placed for seeing the sights. It is a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis, but there is a metro stop round the corner with 3 stops to syntagma square, where there are lots of modern shops leading to Plaka, a lovely area for buying souvenirs, and the Acropolis. The metro is cheap - 1.40 for an...

We've been staying here for 5 nights. Hotel itself is very simple, rooms are quite tidy. Breakfast is same everyday, and sometimes not enough vegetables. Our room had a strange smell of cigarettes, and cleaning lady was throwing away some of our stuff, so you should keep you things really organized :D Staff was very friendly anr quicly solving the...

We stay for 3 nights. Room are clean, bathroom is small but functional. View from balcony was to inner yard but, but was okay. Breakfast was good for the money. We haven't seen rooftop cafe, but friends were satisfied with the view and service. I recommend it!

We deliberately choose Crystal city hotel ( knowing this neighbourhood from the previous stay in Athens in near hotel Stanley) as a focal point for our leisure activities during our 4 night stay in Athens but we wanted something less official. We didn.t want specifically to be in the centre, or should i say when we are out all day...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights early October. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Spent every evening on the Roof Top terrace and Dimitri, the young waiter, was outstanding with his service. I used a pre-paid shuttle service from the airport (Get Your Guide )as travelled alone and they were waiting...

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was great! Staff is very friendly, rooms are small but in good condition. They clean the rooms every day, bring new towels and toiletries. Also breakfast was really nice! Good variety of food like eggs (boiled, scrambled, fried) jams, sausages, cereal, crossaints and of course Greek yoghurt is served. Unfortunately for us...

Wauw, what a level of service in this hotel! When we checked in the reception offered to help us arrange some rental car problems, very nice! Also, we got breakfast in a lunchbox because we had to fly in the night. The walking route to Acropolis is a challenge, but other then that, I would highly recommend this hotel for...

I noticed before I left that this hotel had a lot of negative reviews so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The location is central for the underground train and bus stops to get to any attraction in the city. You could also walk/bicycle easily if you are energetic enough! It is surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and newsagent stands...

We stay 4 nights here. The hotel is very closed to the metro (the right exist without the lift/elevator). There is a bakery just next to the hotel which have salad, bread, cake, hot food with very reasonable price. It's very convenient. The down side is the hotel lift is too small and during our stay, only one was working...
