My wife and I stayed at the Art Hotel in December 2016. The hotel is situated close to the centre of Athens with a 5 minute walk to Omani Square. The public areas of the hotel are clean, smart and stylish. Although our room was a little small, it was clean and provided us with a good base for our...

The area is awful. Hotel entrance is nice as is the dining room. Hall, stairway also very 'arty' and the dining room has nice furniture with many paintings & artefacts. The staff are very pleasant, helpful & friendly. However, the room was very tired & basic although clean. NOT what was expected of a 4* hotel. No hospitality tray. The...

Neighbourhood was not very nice, the breakfast was basic and the rooms dirty. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel is definitely not 4-star. No mirror to get ready, no draw space or enough hangers to unpack. The "double" bed was two single beds pushed together which barely stayed together. Not recommended and would not stay again.

Very comfortable room. Arrived late, staff were very helpful, quickly made some toast and tea which was much appreciated. Needed to arrange a taxi to pick up my partner from Patras for the following morning, all organised without any hassle. Efficient and reliable.

This was our 8th year visiting the Art Hotel and it never disappoints. We stayed in October and had a wonderful 9 days in the Art Hotel. The staff as always were outstanding in ensuring we had the best stay possible. Our room was large with a large balcony and the service from Julie and Roxanna to keep our room...

We visited Athens during a strike in early May. As many other travelers, maybe. Public transportation was on strike too and taxis busy. Hotel staff helped us planning some visits in Athens and getting to airport, by hints about places that are about walking distance from airport and taxi. Hotel is nice, with interesting interior and it is near center.

The hotel is very clean but tired and in need of refurbishment. However the room was comfortable with TV and fridge. The staff made our visit by being very helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast was fine and this was the only meal served.

Some rooms were adequate, some not. (We had reserved 5 rooms). Unfortunatelly the area the hotel is situated iis not recommended for strolls or any other leisure activity especially at night. The hotel does not make up for it.

In general, we had a good experience. Katerina at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating, everything was set upon arrival and she shared good tips and plenty of guidance of the city that we really appreciated. The room had high cealings, kinda old fashion style, despite of facing the road it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was ok,...
