The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, I was really made to feel at home and the attitude was very genuine. Nice people, nice place, thank you for your service and hospitality. Very much appreciated. If I ever have cause to visit Athens again I will definitely stay at your hotel again. Lovely experience.

This hotel was not good. Rooms are small and very uncomfortbale. Safe is with hotel key card and very temperamental. No wifi in rooms unless you pay for it and then its still on and off and you haVe to resign in again with a long username and passowrd. Free wifi in lobby is intermittent. Pool is cute but not...

What I liked: the front desk staff always graciously accommodated our requests to break big (Euro) bills down to littler (Euro) ones, and even supplied coin; the rooms were a nice size, clean, and in good repair; they had an exercise room with A/C and music, as well as a pool; the roof garden was also a pleasant surprise; the...

It is a nice hotel in the city centre, you need a taxi for the Acropolis or public transport. the room is big - I was upgraded to a suite - and has all the basics. there is no complementary water and wi-fi did not work very well for me (despite paying 8 euros). The pillows are a bit too...

We stayed in the Zafolia Hotel a total of three nights (two nights at the beginning of the trip and one at the end), arranged by a tour company for our land tour of Greece. I have very little positive to say about the Zafolia, but I'm guessing that the price may be right. The beds were very uncomfortable. In...

We stayed at this hotel during our Athens portion of our Greece trip. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the bell hop who instantly loaded our luggage and took it inside for us. The front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable and understood English. The rooms were tiny with showers that were the same. The pool space...

The hotel is about one km from the Acheoligical Museum, remote from touristic area. Web were very well received by Nico at the desk. He explained us the attractions of the city and the places with less tourists. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was acceptable for a four stars hotel with warm and cold food but no natural...

Rooms are very old, clean but old. My road facing room had no sound proofing, it was like sleeping (not) with the window open. Chaotic breakfast. Would not recommend as a business hotel (imagine checking in/out when you have a full coach of over 60 tourists arriving/leaving).

My husband and I stayed here and we were pleased that we did. It's close to everything you need. Train station, metro, subway. All within a ten min walk. Plenty of taxis outside for around €5 into the centre or walk to metro and get to centre for €1.20 return trip. Plenty to see and do we were there 1...

The hotel was not what i thought it would be, in the sense i was disappoint about the gym and the pool. In the pictures the pool looked bigger but you know, in all it was great. The front desk was very helpful with information on where to go and what to stay away from. Was not too happy with...
