Definitely request a room with a view, it is stunning. Excellent hotel tastefully decorated and all of the comforts you would dream for. I particularly liked the labelled light switches beside the bed - I can't believe more hotels don't have this. Excellent. Make sure you do breakfast or evening drinks on the terrace, stunning!

Highly overrated as a 5 star. Dining staff were unfriendly and reception staff were unaccommodating on a room request made 2 months prior to arrival. The excuse was that all rooms with a view were smoking and as. Was pregnant it would not be suitable(!!?) Could also only recommend their (overpriced) transport and dining. Good rooftop view for sundowners but...

We stayed here for one night on our way home before our noon flight. The staff was very nice and helpful and even gave us a complimentary upgrade! The room we ended up with with quite lavish, particularly for a european hotel which are typically quite small. We had a great view of Zeus' Temple across the street. The hotel...

The hotel itself is in a convenient location which is pretty much the only reason its still in operation. The Front desk staff need to remember their actually at work. Their attitude was one of general distain for guests. It was an effort for them to look up from the desk when you stood in front of them. The views...

Yes, we had an amazing view of the Acropolis and the rooftop dining at sunset was spectacular, however the "amazing" part ends there. The hotel rooms (we rented three) all smelled of sewage, we could not cool the rooms enough to sleep in, we were not able to get face cloths or enough towels for our bathrooms, the service was...

Where to start? It's only 30(ish) minutes in a taxi from Athens International airport. It's a 10-20 minute walk from everything you might want to see, Plaka, Acropolis, Temple of Olympian Zeus, and Parliament to name a few of the places. It could not be better placed. When we arrived we were blown away by the glass front and 10/10...

This is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Loved being able to explore Plaka and the Acropolis just a short walk away. Rooms are outdated and furnishings still in the heavy drapes, etc. fashion. No real work out or exercise facility. Pool is decent although smallish. True tourist hotel with many large groups staying here. The staff can...

This was our first visit to Athens and this hotel was a great choice. We had the panorama room. The view from the room was amazing - we could see the temple of Zeus which was just across the road and so was Hadrian's Arch; Lycabetus Hill was clearly visible; the Acropolis was to the left. The view of the...

Nicely located hotel, close to the Acropolis and interesting areas of Athens. The staff were helpful, with the exception of those at the Reception who were really rude, becoming almost impolite when I objected to the room I was given for being of a lesser category than the one booked and paid for. Service decent. Rooms are so-so. Don't expect...
