The hotel was perfectly situated near the congress meeting as well as the metro bringing you very quickly to the centre. The hotel is very well taken care of, nevertheless the price is rather high if one would consider the situation in Greece.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Athens in June 2015, for two separate time periods. Travelling with 18 year old and wife. Had two rooms each time - so four rooms for both stays - and all were well maintained and nicely decorated. Several reviewers have commented on the prices and I found them similar to top hotels elsewhere in Europe...

i was a bit uncertain about staying at the Hilton Athens, but our friend, a Greek-American who we were traveling with, had fond memories of many childhood summers spent there. My husband and I usually opt for small, boutique hotels that offer local flavor, and shy away from large, Western-style properties. But the Hilton Athens was a pleasant surprise. They...

By far the best of all the Hiltons I've ever been to. We always stay here on our way to our summer home in Hydra. Big rooms, good a/c, balconies and the biggest pool in Athens. Beats Grande Bretagne any day. And the rooftop Galaxy bar & restaurant overlooking the Acropolis is quite simply divine

Like one of the earlier reviewers I have Diamond Hilton HHonors and have stayed here many times over the years. I have always loved the hotel and still do, but in the 4 stays I completed here over the last fortnight the check-in and check-out process has been really bad - taking at least 20 minutes to get in and...

The hotel has a good view of the Acropolis. The room was clean and nice and the steam bath is great . At the arrival there wasn't the second bed in our suite for our daughter and when we came back after dinner it wasn't there even if we told the problem at the reception. The executive lounge is nice...

This is large hotel and quite imposing, although the exterior was quite dated. The foyer and corridor are modern and clean. The common area is always busy as it is a free wifi area. This is our gold standard for staying in Athens. It is not the super rich option, but usually for a moderate rate it is definitely luxury.
