The hotel was lovely, clean and very friendly. Close to the metro so only a few stops away from main places of interest. On the down side the area it's in is not that good, quite run down with some dubious characters out at night. The only real complaint I had is that they were unable to provide an iron,...

The personnel is very friendly and responsive. The metro station is just 50 m away and the metro leaves you at the center in 10 minutes. The building needs renovation and rooms are relatively small. Breakfast is average. If you want to go to the airport the best option is to take a taxi to Syntagma square (5€) and from...

Good clean hotel with very convenient location. Good range of breakfast items served until 10am. Wifi was ok considering it was free and in all the rooms, we could have done with a wider range of TV channels since we were there for 3 nights. There is a taverna across the road which is cheap and authentic. This was a...

Front of house staff seemed very friendly at check-in, however I shall come back to this later on in my review. Nice large room with a balcony. Rather clean and amenities include a fridge and a safe. Internet is provided free of charge but is unreliable and extremely slow. Bathroom also quite clean, however shower water pressure rather weak. Location...

Firstly we would like to thank you for choosing Athens Lotus Hotel for your stay in Athens. We would like to clarify that we never tried to call you and disturb you. Housekeeping, while was refresing your room, realised that you have unplugged the telephone device and informed reception. It is crucial for safety reasons the telephone device to be...

I stayed at the apartments next door as this more suited my needs. The apartments are modern ,clean, with excellent air conditioning and were well appointed for my first four days in Athens. The metro is a minutes walk away allowing easy access to explore the city ! The staff are friendly and helpful. One very tiny criticism would be...

Me and my wife stayed in one of the apartments for 3 nights. The apartment was really great. There is a second bedroom which could have held a single bed but was empty for our stay. It's an apartment so none of your amenities get replenished, also there isn't and iron or washing machine which you'll have to consider for...

Friendly helpful staff, made us feel welcome. Check in and out was very efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable (no tea making facility). Decor is distinctive and interesting. Food was good in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Easy to get around Athens from here, the metro is just around the corner. We also used the hop...

Lovely hotel. Really clean and modern. Room was a good size with plenty of storage. All staff were very helpful with any questions or asking for directions etc. We slept very well and was a quite area right by the Metro station which meant we could get around the city with ease. The road the hotel sits on isn't the...

Good: Clean hotel in an old beautiful freshly repaired building, located close to Underground station. High ceilings, good bathroom. Very helpful staff. Bad: A receptionist told us, that we had been upgraded to a superior room, but according to the hotel photos the room was standard. The room has a strange design with floor laminate in one of the walls....
