Walked it around noon to check in. Hotel parking only had one car and the lobby only a couple of people who were checking out. We were given a room for disabled people (very low wash basin whilst we are both over 170 tall and shower with extra short curtain) at the ground floor

Just went back for a two night break. It was our third visit. Always been very good. Not sure if it's under new management. Arrived on Tuesday. Girl on reception clearly having a heated exchange on the telephone with someone. We were the only ones booking in at that time.

Lovely room, and amazing views. Evening buffet very reasonable, although the food is never piping hot,as is the breakfast. There is plenty of choice for both, but could do with being hotter.Buffet open at 7pm,we got there just as it opened,so would expect hot food. Sadly not.

Try "To steki tou Panai" in Kathikas village. I consider it to be the best.

How far away is Paphos and at a guess how much will a taxi cost?
From Paphos it is 20 minutes away with a car. I am not sure about taxi charges, but you can always make a call to the hotel and ask. If I had to guess, I would say around 20 euros...

Hello. Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?
Hi Kate, I don't remember about the hairdryer, as a man I don't use that, but if they don't have one in the room, I'm sure they can give you one if you ask at the reception.

My rating was for the refurbishment of the hotel. The carvery lunch was definitely not 5 star. There was no gravy. Stale bread with DIY bread knife. As you say the whole meal, was meagre. I would love to meet the management to discuss this. The restaurant was full,of 60 plus ex-pats, I guess they will be returning to one of your 3 named restaurants for their Sunday Carvery Lunch.
