I would have given this place 3.5 stars rather than just 3. Rooms were dated but bathroom was lovely. Kitchen was a bit of a struggle to cook, table top oven was a little small had to unplug water boiler to put oven on very limited on plugs.
We had to hire sunbed from reception which was no biggy the pool area is lovely and very well maintained.
Reception were very friendly and quick to resolve any points raised: We didn’t have a ice cube tray. We were given one immediately. Double bed was very hard to sleep on as soon as this was mentioned to reception a lovely mattress topper was added which made sleeping perfect. Taxis booked for us Nothing was too much trouble
We stayed for 4 nights and our rooms were cleaned once which was fine.
The location is up a very steep hill but there is another access door which doesn’t seem as much a struggle to get up.
There are restaurants/cafes and a supermarket in walking distance but there is a hill on the way back up but don’t let this out you off.
We walked under the underpass to get on to the beach and walked along the boardwalk in both directions to la Cala and towards Marbella.
All in all an amazing time with friends I would recommend and I would definitely come back

We have just returned from an excellent week at this very nice resort. It is located in a very affluent residential area surrounded by some beautiful villas. We had a spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with a sea view balcony which was bathed in sunshine from sunrise to sunset. I refer to it as a "Residential" resort as it was more like a residence than your typical holiday hotel/resort. It has no bar/restaurant or grocery store however the reception does sell a few drinks items in cans/bottles, there are some superb bars and restaurants within a 20 min walk and a Lidl supermarket a 5 min drive away. Areas for improvement: we found the bed in the double room extremely hard and impossible to sleep on, so we had to move into the twin bedroom and sleep separately on the slightly more comfortable single beds. The pool area is bare. I know the resort has a policy of renting out portable sun loungers which can be used around the pool, however there is no shade so sitting/lying out there for any length of time is not possible therefore the pool is pretty useless apart from for a daily swim. I would recommend some loungers, tables and parasols to make this area much more inviting and usable for guests. The final positive is the staff on reception they are marvellous, couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely look for another break at this resort, hopefully with more comfortable beds and some pool area improvement.

The units here are a good size and comfortable. I was surprised that there was not an oven in the unit when it is described as having a full kitchen. The welcome leaflet explained that ovens were available art Reception if you wanted one. Having a washing machine was a bonus. It was very quiet when we were here so parking was not a problem but I imagine that would be different in high season. Lots of places to eat down the hill, about a ten minute stroll.

When we arrived, the kitchen floor was full of ants. I went to the reception to request a second floor room because I didn’t want them to spray any chemicals in the room since my son has been having respiratory problems. They flat out refused to accommodate that request. Front desk said they can either fumigate or we can change hotels! They claim they dominate rooms available, but I watched three different parties checking out. Long story short, they never changed our room, I didn’t want them to spray. So the whole stay, we had ants everywhere: from kitchen to bedrooms, bathroom, dining table and even onto our beds it is a terrible situation. The other thing is the bathroom light has a very loud fan, you can’t choose not to turn on the fan, and when you flush, it’s so loud the whole apartment shakes. I can’t go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking up every member of the family. Never go to this facility.

Well appointed apartment, very clean with modern decor. Kitchen maybe a little dated but clean and well equipped. No dishwasher but this was not a problem and no oven but this was available from reception, presumably a counter top model but we did not ask for one. Full size fridge with ice box, washing machine and all the small appliances you could need. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Good sized balcony with table and chairs. Sandra on reception was extremely welcoming and very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. We arrived after reception had closed but arrangements were made for us to collect the key in order to access the apartment. Parking on resort is free and is within a secure gated area which is reassuring. Many of the apartments appear to be private and could be noisy depending on the people staying but, on the whole, the resort is peaceful and far enough from the main road to be quiet and relaxing. Our balcony faced another apartment but we could see the sea from the side. It's possible that some of bookable apartments face the pool area but it's difficult to know which are private. The resort is within walking distance of the beach, shops and supermarkets. We walked a bit further from the nearest row of restaurants to find places that weren't right on the road but were still within a 20 minute walk. A degree of fitness is required to walk anywhere as the resort is up a steep hill. Bear in mind, there is no bar or restaurant on site. The pool area is gated and has a very nice grassed area. However, sun beds are not available, we also asked at reception but they did not have any available to use. Lying and sitting on the grass is ok up to a point but becomes uncomfortable after a while! It is not allowed to take the chairs from the balcony to use either. We had a wonderful week and will hopefully return again.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this location and recommend it to anyone else.
The staff were very friendly and informative both prior to our stay and upon arrival. Can’t fault the service provided.
We requested a ground floor apartment which was easily arranged at a small additional fee which we were fine with.
The apartment was clean and a good size with all the basic amenities required. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We were able to hire towels and sun loungers for a small fee, €5 per bed and towels were free for the week.
Beach is a close walk as well as Lidl. The swimming pool was clean and the area around was tidy too. We didn’t go quite at peak time so it was quiet which was nice as we were in a couple but our family joined throughout including two young children and it was just as suitable for them.
There are a few restaurants nearby which were nice but more a short taxi ride away and easy to get to.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place on.

A very disappointing experience. The resort reception is up a very steep hill and our garden apartment even further, Once inside the resort gate it was up another poorly maintained road to the so called "garden apartment" . There was some grass outside the back patio with a view of another complex and pool through a wire mesh fence and poorly maintained wall. The lounge and bedrooms were ok and also the recently refurbed bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was very dated in appearance and in need of a facelift although it was clean. Microwave and separate mini oven worked ok but the electric toaster which only cooked one side of the bread was not suitable for our requirement, The reception staff were very helpful , but we would not wish to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay with the family. The resort is clean, well kept with great views. Pool area was fabulous for the kids, whilst they are no parasols there is plenty of shade under the trees. Short walk to local amenities plus the beach and ample parking if you hire a car. The apartments themselves had everything that we needed for a young child plus baby including a counter top oven. The beds were comfy. We were pleasantly surprised with a cleaner a few times during our stay. The resort staff couldn’t do more for you, very attentive and friendly.

No service whatsoever. They even make you walk a distance to remove your own trash. If you don't they will charge you for that We were there 2 weeks and they only cleaned the apartment once in those 2 weeks. Lots of hill climbing and stairs and no porter to help with luggage. We in fact injured ourselves at over the age of 60 having to cart a heavy suitcase down a steep flight of stairs. No sun loungers at the pool and they have a major problem with ants. We have spent a lot of money staying here over the last 12 months and this time round have noticed they have turned off all air conditioning. The pool has never been ok to swim in so please avoid this place . The apartments are boiling but they refuse to put on the air conditioning.
