for my christmas present my boyfriend decided to treat me to a weekend in Brussels...on our arival we were greated by the duty manager, she was extremely welcoming and even offered us a cup of tea when we first arrived. Our room were extremely hygentic and spacious..they were cleaned everyday. i would definatly reccomend chao chow hotel to any younmg...

We are just home from our trip to Brussels and stayed at the Chao Chow Palace Hotel. It is extremely close to the Gare du Nord or Bruxelles du Nord train station. (Warning: Every place and street in Brussels has 2 names - one in Dutch and one in French) Because of plane flight times, we arrived at the hotel...

This hotel is certainly worth the money. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful,will supply you with maps and information on sights and attractions. Adequate breakfast,with a choice of chinese food or continental breakfast. Although situated at the edge of the red light district, we did not experience any problems or witness anything off putting.The only...

The hotel does not meet 4 stars level in any case. The rooms are large but ugly, not very clean and the only positive thing really is the friendliness of the staff. The noise from the street during the night is terrible - the yelling and screaming of the call girls and their customers is even worse than the noise...

We found the Chao Chow Palace, a friendly, clean and spacious hotel. The Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Rooms excellent definately 4* quality, large and literally yards from gare du nord. Cannot fault the service, given that it is marketed as a hotel for chinese speaking people found that most people there were british, who obviously had noticed the exceptional, value for money that this hotel represents. “Whichever room you choose, you will hear the trains pass by. Every 5 minutes.”
