Everything about this hotel was great. It's a beautiful hotel, close to the city centre, metro and parks, with helpful and friendly staff. The bar, restaurant and public areas are all clean and decorated and cleaned to a high standard. In fact, we chose to use the hotel bar over city centre bars a couple of times. Gym was pretty...

Dear Pilgrim_598, Thanks for taking the time to put your positive experience with your stay at our hotel on paper. These kind of comments make our day and I've shared them with our team members - our bar men were specially appreciative. We've just finished the renovation of our gym, so it's close to state of the art now ;-)....

The hotel is a nice combination of old style and modern comforts. It is located about 10 min walking from the "grand place", very easy to get to the old town. Only issue some roadwork going on outside that made walking a little tricky, but not a big issue. The metro station is right in front of it.

This was not my first visit to the hotel and I must say that I was never disappointed. The location is superb as it is in the heart of Brussels. Notwithstanding the fact that the hotel was almost fully occupied yet they gave me a suite to compensate for my request for a non-smoking room and one which is on...

No “pros” and “cons.” Rather, a list of “Yes; however…” 1. The location is decent, but not great for exploring Brussels. A walk from the hotel to the Grand Place only takes about 15 minutes, but one must slog along an eternal pedestrian shopping zone of European chain retailers, waffle stands, street beggars and the like. That is during the...

Dear Cloud A, We appreciate your feedback a lot, but I think your review is about the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport and not the Crowne Plaza Brussels Le Palace, as we have no Team Members with these names. I'm sorry for the confusion and I hope we can welcome you as well, one day. Kind regards Rogier M. Hurkmans

Although initially the idea of staying overnight in a hotel at about 30 km from your home town may look a bit strange to a lot of people, it is exactly what we did a couple of weeks ago. As we wanted to visit the exposition ‘The Art of the Brick’ on a Saturday morning, we combined the trip to...

This is our third five day stay in the past twelve months at this hotel having found two previous Brussels hotels used had closed, Hilton Louise and C/P Schuman, plus the excellent Le Meridien had become rather over priced - especially breakfast. If on a leisure break ask for a room in the quiet zones found on each floor avoiding...

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza from 21-24 February 2014. Our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day. Room was great but the best thing about the stay was the hotel reception staff, they couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The only niggle about the...

Nice hotel, 10-15 min from Grand Place and 2 min from Brussels Nord station. Clean and comfy room. Reception very polite, check-in and check-out very fast. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms, wifi was good. I will stay again.

This hotel was surely in the turn of the century magnificent, with views over the botanic gardens and tree lined boulevards. The view remains but the boulevard has been replaced by 8 lines of motorway! and walking into the city is not very pleasant. best thing to do is walk up through the gardens to botanique metro for trams as...
