Great location, right in the centre of everything. Not accessible if you're disabled or impaired. The room was average but large. Typical of a larger older hotel that's in need a refurb. The breakfast is very basic, just coffee, breads and croissants. You've got to leave your key in the reception which I never like! Lack of security!! Just generally...

Was only one night here, but the location was good and had a room on the second floor. Yes, it looks somewhat outdated, but was clean and the heat worked perfectly on a frosty night. No noise problem, and the wi-fi worked adequately, though I did not get to test it extensively. Front desk spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the entry...

The room was very different from the one in pictures on the website. It was dusty and cold. We had the impression it was closed for a long time. The forniture was really obsolete and the wifi signal really weak. But the thing that disappointed us the most was the indifference of the staff to our complains.

I have been in Porto with my boyfriend for a long weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous. The city's reminiscent charm was breathtaking. The hotel has just a very classic style with simple design and furniture, however still very comfortable (the bed was huge you couldn't even call it kingsize no more). The location of the hotel is super central...

This hotel is very centrally located, so lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by. It is very easy to walk down to the busy waterfront, and also to cross the river and visit some of the Port houses. We highly recommend Sandemans and Cockburns. Their ports were magnificent. We had some fantastic food particularly fish in the local restaurants....

Nice Hotel, very clean. Location is perfect, 100 meters from the City Hall. Interesting and affordable city. Very pleasant stay, the staff is cooperative and friendly. Close to metro and buses, just 30 minutes from the airport.

The hotel is nicely located close to many amenities in this wonderful city. The customer service could definitely be improved. Receptionists were curt, unfriendly and unhelpful. The air conditioning failed to work, the ensuite door constantly was tricky to open & close ( despite our requst for it to be attended to). On our last morning we were due to...

Standard rooms are rather small with a small bathroom. In whole hotel there are some old furniture but it gives this place nice, specific atmosphere. Stuff is very helpful. Locations is absolutely perfect to explore Porto. Downstairs there is nice restaurant with good food and reasonable prices - there is always meal of a day in price about 10 or...
