A chain hotel which offers good priced central accommodation including breakfast. We travelled into Porto from the airport on the metro, changing at Trindade so we could alight at Sao Bento station and walk along Rua de 31 de Janeiro to the hotel. This was a mistake as this road is extremely steep and we should have stayed on the...

Very nice hotel, perfectly situated in city centre. I spent there 3 days in July and I really enjoyed my stay. Easy to find the hotel, we arrived from the airport by metro and then only about 5 minuts by walk. In front of the hotel is tram station (historical line too). Quick to get to the historical city centre....

The location was perfect for a leisure traveller; everything was close in walking distance. Rooms were clean and silent with firm beds to sleep well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a cosy hotel and we couldn't have chosen better. Good price with full value.

Rooms quite small and starting to show their age, those on the eastern side (overlooking Batalha Praca) get very warm in the mornings. No fridge, but as a base for exploring very well situated near Sao Bento metro station. The bed was very firm.

The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, transport, shopping, eating. Not so good is the gathering of down-and-outs at night in the square outside the hotel queuing for something - food? bed? We used Gala booking service and were a bit worried when we were told the hotel would just hold a general reservation but did not know our names...

Firstly, there are 2 Quality Inns in Porto. This one a 3 star and the other a 4 star. The taxi driver we had from the main line station refused our map and took us to the other one for 11 euros. The second taxi took us to the correct one also for 11 euros, which according to the receptionist...

We was a married couple with a child staying in Porto for the first time and this place was absolutely brilliant for what we paid. The views from our room was "Quality" and it was right bang in the area you want to be for exploring the City and surrounding areas. We stayed for 3 nights to see Porto and...

Hotel is central with old quarter, train station and shopping within walking distance. Receptionists very friendly and helpful, room was clean and buffet breakfast good. Best ice cream in Porto just next door and lots of cafes just down the street. Very hilly so metro card was well used.

Stayed 3 nights. Convenient location, very central, the main shopping street and local market just down the road on the left hand side of the hotel. There is a bus and the tram outside the hotel but walked everywhere. Even the walk down to the Ribeira quarter and the Luis bridge are 20 minutes walk. Rooms are little dated but...
