I thought the room was very clean and suitable. I had a balcony and I was facing the city square... I did not find it loud at all. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The free breakfast is just okay... but it’s free so I was satisfied. The

Easy journey from the airport. Take the metro to Bulhao station. Walk down Santa Caterina and you reach the hotel in about 10 minutes. Great location and yet incredibly quiet. Rooms are fine. Certainly plenty of room for 2 people. Bathroom also fine usual toiletries provided.

What are the breakfast timings?
7 to 10. I don’t agree that it was so poor. It is ok for A 3 star hotel. The hotel is very simple, but clean and the location cannot be better. When I was there the food was replenished and we fid not have problems in finding a place to seat.

"Doesn't matter, the plaza the hotel faces is NOT loud at night, even on weekends."
"Higher levels would be better to avoid street noise"
"The rooms facing the Batalha Square can be a bit noisy because of the tram. Better choose a room with the backstreet view."
