We stayed here for 3 nights, and though is not a 4 star hotel, it was great for our needs. Reception was friendly and helpful. The renovated room was quite comfortable. A wide range of food at breakfast time was available. The location is great for wandering around the old town. Overall, s good experience for us.

The hotel was under renovation during my stay... so workers are in the building at the whole day. I was in an already renovated room. The bathroom is so small that i could bearly used the toilet. (175 cm, 85 kg.) The wifi has weak signal in the room, the foreign channels on the tv are not working. The fridge is not working, when i told them, they tried to fix it but they did not succeed... the breakfast is good, as the bed in the room. so if you want to use wifi or tv or the fridge, or if you are bigger than me, i do not recommend to stay here.

We booked this hotel as it was part of the Best Western chain. However, they withdrew and as everything had already been prepaid, we decided to stay here anyway. Good location, within walking distance of metro, hop on hop off buses, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Big parking lot across from hotel (pay parking, however free on a Sunday). The hotel was undergoing renovations, so some construction noise. Street noise can also be an issue, especially if you have a room overlooking the street. Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Our shower drain was clogged and we asked to fix it. Unsure if this was done as the problem persisted. Decent size room with TV, safe, pull-out cupboard and comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom with good lighting. Housekeeping could be improved as glasses were not replaced and some surfaces not sufficiently cleaned. Walls seem a bit thin and we could hear people talking and the TV going till late at night. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Fresh bread and buns, sweets, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, yoghourt and friendly attendants. We had an express breakfast at 04:30, which was good. Taxi to the airport about 25 euro. Overall a good experience.

The room and bathroom was great but the breakfast was mehhh... Seriously, this a simple thing to improve, I wasn’t impress at all as it was a mediocre one. In addition,we felt that this hotel was understaff, once we got there the person serving us at the counter was doing everything.
