very very friendly hostel, lovely interior spaces, not too large and fun without being a party place. I loved that the bunks had small shelves to put your glasses or whatever on while you slept and they all had outlets as well. Owner does a free walking tour that was very nice. Highly recommend.

This is the most fancy and amazing place you can be. Although when you enter this place seems small but it isnt. The rooms are huge inspite of being a hostel, the locker are big and the amenities are brilliant. The bar is amazing and the kitchen is sweet. You have a dvd room where you can watch a match...

My favorite hostel I've been to. I definitely recommend having some drinks at the bar and joining at least one of their nightly dinners to get to know the great staff and your fellow travelers. Its in a good location, easily walkable to any part of Porto you would want to explore. We stayed in one of their private rooms...

A fantastic hostel in the art district. Still on a walking distance from the city center and old part of the city. Clean rooms with big lockable cupboards. Bathrooms and showers are in the room which is great. Very helpful staff. This is truly a great hostel!

Tucked away in a quiet part of the Art district this hostel is unique. There are 2 parts, the main hostel and the Home, this has individually designed rooms just along from the hostel. Rooms are lovely with ensuite and there is a delightful garden area to relax in too. Easy walking distance of all sights and restaurants. Very friendly...

I did not spend a night at Gallery Hostel, so I can't say much about their rooms. I can, however, praise their amazing staff. Yesterday, I was staying at an apartment nearby the hostel and was in a bind because I needed to print tickets for an early-morning shuttle to the airport. My apartment didn't have a printer and all...

This conveniently located (in the art district) hostel is staffed by friendly, multi-lingual staff and is all-round just a really gnarly place to stay in Porto. We actually stayed in the Gallery Home (private quarters), only because the hostel was booked out, however we spent a lot of time hanging out in the hostel where there are daily communal dinners...

Overbooked the room, unapologetic about this and no offering of any form of compensation! The main hostel manager tried to make me feel bad about the situation! He stated that if I really didn’t want the extra person there, the person would have to sleep on the streets! The hostel manger and the front desk woman (she wears braces) handle...

Really nice, spacious rooms. A bonus was that each bed has a small bedside table next to it (including the top bunk). I wear glasses, so this was very appreciated as I always struggle to figure out where to put them at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, took me on a tour of everything and thoroughly explained where everything...
