A delightful well-located place to stay. We enjoyed a clean lovely room with friendly helpful service and a delicious breakfast buffet. The people at the front desk were helpful to make our trip special suggesting a good walking tour from the hotel around downtown Porto. We liked this place and would go back without hesitation.

Great hotel in a pedestrian street of the city centre. Everything is close by by foot. The staff is incredibly helpful, always smiling and ready to give you tips and advice on everything. The terrace/garden up on the 4th floor is great. The only little thing was a rather poor internet connection...

Pros: the way the hotel and their rooms are set up is very unique within the city and offers great views and relaxation. Staff was very very friendly. It was also located a great downtown area. Cons: there is no way to access the front of the hotel by car because it is situated in a downtown area that doesn't...

Lovely hotel in excellent location right in centre of city and near metro and mainline station. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable studio apartment. Good breakfast buffet and lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and orange juice available all day. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Great location, fantastic staff but very very poor internet connection and tv connection I would still recommend this hotel but be aware that they cannot produce the I t goods. However there is always a friendly face and a glass of port at reception.

Excellent apartment with kitchen and all necessary facilities in ideal old town location. Very easy to get to by Metro (Sao Bento) €2.45 from the airport. The hotel is excellent with exceptional staffs who go out their way to look after you. The hotel reception and entrance is from Flores Village Hotel & Spa. The complex consists of three separate...

This little secret is hidden up a side street not far from the river in Porto, right in the heart of town! From the front you would never guess how far it goes back, into room, apartments, a spa and a sun garden! A glass of Port is offered on arrival, nice touch! Apartment had everything you could want and...

Nice apartment with kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden, breakfast was good in the main building, access to three veggie restaurants via the alternative exit. Main street is probably best in Porto, close to train and metro and close enough to river and bridge to Port houses. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Would definitely use again

This hotel in the old village is a pleasant place to stay. The hotel itself is good, but it is the staff that makes the difference. Everybody is very friendly and willing to make your stay exceptional.

A quaint hotel which consists of 3 separate buildings and a garden in the middle. Well located in the city center, walking distance from the railroad station. The room is small but comfortable, and the main asset is the staff. Very charming and helpful, from offering tips what to do, to letting guests to sample the local famous wine. Little...
