This is the best hotel in Porto for sure. It's located right in front of a main square and Sao Bento's train station. It's in the heart of the city, you can walk almost everywhere from there. It's a modern hotel, very clean, huge room. The bathroom has two separate doors (for the shower and the toilet). The breakfast is...

A hotel cannot be more posh. I could blather on about top notch amenities , sheets, towels, lobby etc. let's start here. Upon arrival, the gracious staff kindly upgraded us to a luxury suite. It was like a glamorous town home. Gorgeous two story room with two bathrooms. It is in the heart of the center of Porto. Service staff...

We spent 4 nights in a duplex room (4th floor) in June. I can only agree with all the positive comments of other travellers about this hotel. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room on 2 levels was spacious, clean and comfortable with free water and Nespresso machine. Great housekeeping service. There was no noise from other rooms or the...

Looked over the Liberdade Place. Quiet, despite traffic.Cleaning and replenishment we first class. Bathroom a decent size, with separate walk-in shower and toilet. Good closet space. Breakfast...

The staff are all very friendly, pro-active and helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient and due to our status we were upgraded to a lovely duplex suite with dining and lounge areas on one floor with a bedroom upstairs. Very food location as well. Breakfast is pretty standard and probably the least good part of our stay.

This is a grand, elegant, and centrally located hotel. Our room and bathroom was a good size, though not enormous, and impeccably clean and tastefully appointed with traditional decor. We faced the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was lavish, and the front desk and service staff were gracious and efficient.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip, the hotel is lovely, the rooms are really roomy and I love the little balconies you have with the large doors. It rained constantly while I was in Porto so one day while I was out there was a flood in my room, the hotel handled it well and moved...
