This hostel has a very fresh, clean and classic interior decor that is refreshing. Rooms are spacious and neat, with many windows for fresh air and light. Receptionists are friendly and the hostel offers dinner every night for 7.50 euros. Dinner comes with soup, appetizer, main and dessert. The chef is an excellent baker and is good with desserts. Very...

For the second time in Porto and a second time in the spot hostel but nothing was like the first time. Iris, the girl from the reception was not there anymore and everything changed. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes for the check in into our not cleaned room. The beds were also not clean and the matraz really...

This hostel is a perfect place for any gap year travellers, it advertises free walking tours and the guide picks you up from the lobby. The included breakfast is decent and the bar in the communal area is open every night ensuring you to meet travellers just like yourself ! The shared rooms are large and clean and bathrooms are...

The best hostel I have ever been in. Very good facilities, not really central but close to the tube, kitchen with everything you need, clean bathrooms, not noisy, lovely outdoor area and very very freindly staff. The only not so good thing was that I think they need a little bit more staff on some hours of the day, because...

I can't think of anything that went wrong during my stay at Spot. I was meant to stay 2 days and ended up there for almost 2 weeks. The staff was very professional and fun to hang out with. The amenities are all in perfect working order. The kitchen makes you want to cook not like in many other places....

I stayed here for a couple of nights with a friend in a private room with shared bath. We arrived at different times, and when I got there they helped me to the room and told me where I could find my friend (no surprises making friends on the bar terrace). The room was surprisingly big and the beds were...

Very good hostel, highly recommended. Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Close enough to the city center. In any other country, I would've given this hostel five stars, but the standards in Portugal are just insanely high.

Nice that bedrooms and the kitchen/hall/sitting room are on different floors - so, no noise from the sitting room is heard when you are in the bed. Bathrooms are always clear and not occupied. Thank you guys for highlevel service!

Comming back after two years to the spot hostel, I was really a little bit dissapointed because many things changed in the spot hostel of Oporto but not in a good way. When we arrived after a long trainride from lisbon we were very keen to see our beds but because of much traffic in the house we had to...

I stayed in the Spot Oporto Hostel in April 2014. The Spot Hostel in Porto is a really lovely place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (recommending restaurants, giving us maps, sorting out a small issue we had with our room key, writing things down we wanted to ask for in a shop in Portuguese for us)....

We also offer you a bar and a nice patio where you can rest at the end of your day, and where we serve our famous dinners daily.A fully equipped kitchen is available, were you can cook your meal if you ever get tired of the fantastic food you will find around town (ask our staff for tips). The living room and the media room will also make your delights. The hostel offers free internet points and free wi-fi is fully available inside the house. We also have a tourist corner where you can find information about the city and its surroundings. Our staff will be more than happy to give you tips on the places you can't miss, and make you a tailor made routing for your stay.Every day we organise walking tours, for you to get to know those special places only locals know.
