We stayed for a night in a double room and it was all good, friendly staff, nice terrace, I was impressed with the lounge. The only issue was that we had only one small towel per person and there weren't any shower products available.

My third stay at Spot but the first in more than three years - and it was like coming home. The rooms are just as clean, bright and comfortable as ever and the building is still a delight, with high cleanings and wooden floorboards. The changes to layout since my previous visit to Porto are great - it's lovely to...

Spot hostel is a beautiful hostel from the inside, it has a luxurious vibe with bit halls with nice lighting and big mirrors and leather chairs etc. It has a very big common area and a yard with a hammock and tables and chairs, which unfortunately is in the shade for most of the day. The hostel is quite sociable...

Although the location was easily accessible by foot to all major city landmarks, our stay here was less than desirable. Disinterested staff, unsanitary bathrooms (often without toilet paper or paper towels), unsanitary kitchen (with rotting food full to the rim in the kitchen and dirty plates for breakfast service), and loud late-night conditions due to pub crawls and busy roads....

Wow I was certainly pleased I picked this hostel it was easy walking distance from Trindade station and was located at the north side of the city. Don't worry Porto is small enough that you can easily get around by walking just remember this place is at the top of a hill (city slopes up from the river) so don't...

The hostel is very modern and has a great common space and dining area both inside and outside. The traditional dinners served nightly are delicious and a great way to meet people. One thing I found a bit unusual is that they have a common bathroom for men, women, and children. Despite this, they were fairly clean and never crowded....

It is a really nice hostel to stay in Porto. We loved it. It has a small garden on the back of the hostel. The building is gorgeous. The rooms and the facilities are always so clean. We stayed there 2 nights. The staff was really helpful and welcoming! One night we joined the pub crawl, it was really fun...

The hostel was nice, but not there were also things I didn't like. In my opinion, the beds were very nice, I hate it when mattresses are too soft, which wasn't the case at this hostel. I also liked the common room and the terrace. I didn't like the bathroom, because there was mould on the wall and there wasn't...

A lot of activities are organised by/via the hostel, which is great for solo travellers. Group dinners are a good way to meet fellow guests, and you can join a walking tour or pub crawl that picks up from there. A kitchen is available for guest use and the staff were friendly. There are also a couple of free computers,...

Just back from a excellent four night stay in a three bed dorm in the fantastic city of Porto. The hostel is very close to metro station of Trindade so giving you easy access to and from the airport and any other metro station across the city. It is also within walking distance of Soa Bento station and Ponte de...

The hostel offers free internet points and free wi-fi is fully available inside the house. We also have a tourist corner where you can find information about the city and its surroundings.
