Excellent Braga base

Se Inn Suites are ideally located opposite the Cathedral in the historic centre of Braga. All the main sites and loads of restaurants/cafes/bars are close. The accommodations are spotless and serviced daily and reception staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a very comfortable stay and found it great value for money.

Chic Hotel

You would never know what was behind the front door of this place until you step inside. Down a pedestrian cobbled street you find the door to the SE Inn. Step inside and you are in a modern boutique hideaway. We stayed for just one night but wish we’d stayed longer! The room was spacious with a separate kitchen area complete with coffee maker, fridge, hob, sink, microwave, toaster, all utensils, crockery and glasses you can think of and dining table and chairs. The bathroom was perfect. Huge waterfall shower, beautiful toiletries and plenty of space (we’ve stayed in hotel rooms smaller!) The staff at SE Inn were polite and made us feel welcome as soon as we went in with a nice welcome coffee. There were also some yummy truffles as a welcome gift in the room. We had the only ground floor room (room 1) which also had a courtyard sitting area. Would give 5/5 but the only downside is if you have a car there is very little in the way of parking in the local area however you can park in a garage 3 minute walk from SE Inn for a fee (€10 per night) this will need to be booked in advance with reception as spaces for the hotel are limited. We had no issues with the garage and staff. …

Excellent small hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the SE Inn. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable about Braga and sights in Northern Portugal. The location was amazing - right next to the cathedral and in walking distance of all the sights. Room There are 8 apartments in the hotel, we were in room 7 on the third floor. There is a lift, so no need to carry luggage. We had a view of the top of the Cathedral. Our room was well designed and spacious. There was a small kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, etc. We didn’t use this but loved the nespresso machine - you are charged for tea and coffee but it’s very reasonable at 0.80€. There wasn’t any milk so you will need to buy this. Complimentary water was left daily. Our room was also cleaned daily. TV had lots of English channels. Lots of wardrobe space and ironing board and iron. Bathroom This was off the kitchen, so round the corner from the bedroom and had a tinted glass door, not very private but you can’t be seen from the bedroom area - some other rooms may differ according to other reviews. Bathroom had robes, plenty of towels, hairdryer and toiletries. Shower was excellent, both rainfall and normal shower head, plenty of hot water. Parking There is a private garage round the corner from the hotel. The men who run it are lovely and helpful. It’s located at 107 Rua dom Alfonso HENRIQUES, if you are driving. Costs €10 a day. Dear Guest. We are very happy reading your review. You described so well the room where you have stayed and left nice comments for us, that give us much more joy on ours tasks. The coffee in the room is chargeable indeed, but at the lobby is free on self-service. As you said, others rooms are different, some with traditional wood door separating the room of the bathroom, others have blackouts curtains and mirror, and a bigger area for the kitchenette than in the room 7. Great apartments

Great apartments in centre of the city. Large room and bathroom, kitchen area had all you would need but no washing machine. Very quiet location. No parking at the hotel but they have an arrangement with a local garage where you can park your car, not easy to find when you don’t know, €10 a night and the chap was really friendly.

Great value great location

The suite was much more than I was expecting considering the affordability and Sé Inn’s amazing location. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is stylish and well-equipped, rooms are set up with a small kitchenette, and you can walk everywhere! What else could you need??

Which rooms have the “open” bathroom? We would want to avoid that. Looking at the studio suites with two twin beds. Thank you.

IS the breakfast delivered in the room? Where do we park our car during our stay and what is the price? Is the train station for the fast train to Lisbon nearby?

Please be informed that the breakfast service is served in the room at the desired time from 8:30 a.m. Our hotel has parking in a garage located 150mts from the hotel and has an additional cost of 10 € / day. If you need it we can also give you the exact address. As for the train station is only 700mts. On foot it takes a maximum of 10 minutes. If you can clarify any further questions, do not hesitate!
