The hotel is very clean, bed is very confortable. The breakfast is very good and served by a nice lady. Parking is easy. A lot of spaces to put clothes The swimming pool is small and no chairs to rest. The wifi connection is very bad. Room and bathroom small. The boss is not kind: neither welcome neither thanks and bye at the check-in/out.
This little gem is both a fun place to stay but it also has the luxury of a great breakfast hosted by the owner and a heated pool outback. The brand new rooms are each named after a soccer great from Portugal. The service is top notch too. You should also have dinner down the street at the Brazilian all you can eat.
We stayed three nights at this hotel that opened in 2017. Decorated with sport related items, it is modern and comfortable. Personnel are extremely nice and helpful and provide good information on area. Breakfasts are included and are delicious. Free parking in front of hotel. Located approximately three kms from downtown where there are plenty of restaurants. Only one restaurant is at walking distance from the hotel.
Have just spent 6 days at the hotel and the surrounding area. The hotel has been fantastic, very friendly and accommodating staff, nothing has been too much trouble. The hotel cleanliness has been excellent.Breakfast has been very good, standard continental fare but of a high standard. Would highly recommend the establishment. I have a return visit to the area soon and will be booking here!
This place is very simple--basic and almost homelike, but the service was excellent. A warm welcome, an offered nightcap of moscatel de setubal, some fresh pineapple at breakfast, and even some help backing the car out of its undersized parking lot. Not a full-blown four star hotel, but a modest place with very good standards.
The hotel give you the ideal point to visit Setubal, Sesimbra, Parque Natural de Arrabida, Parque Natural de Estuario do Sado. It could be also used to visit Lisbon if you want, it is not so far. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good. The place is really quite and it is easy to reach.
This simple hotel is located a bit outside the seaport of Setúbal. While travelling by car from Lisbon to Santo André (Costa Vicentina - Alentejo Litoral), we have stopped at the Residencial Manteigadas for one night. The service was great, the room was good (good furniture, regulable air conditioning) and very clean. Due to its location, I would only recommend this hotel to travellers with a car, who use it as a base to visit the Alentejo.
