Bed was so old you could fell the springs in your back ! The shower was so bad that almost no water came out making taking a nice shower not possible. The TV only has german speak. The Aircondition does not work in ANY room in this hotel, it turns off after 10 mins and needs a reset then turns... More

The main problem with this hotel is that its name contains the word premium. This is clearly not a premium hotel. This establishment is functional but do not expect the basic things that most business hotels offer; gym, mini-bar, prompt service etc. On the plus side the rooms can be dirt cheap and you can walk into town; there are... Booked directly and stayed for one night. The common areas are quite plain and unambitious but the room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, bright and modern. Very quiet place, although located in the very center of Setúbal, by the Bonfim Park.

Hotel itself is fine (although the room cleaner dont speak english), but i don't recommend restaurant at all! Worst one i ever been. As one example: I've ordered fish with rice and after waiting 45mins I've asked waiter what's going on - he said we need to wait 15mins more for a rice... Finally we got our dinner after hour... Standard hotel that will get the job done. Check in was fine except they wanted us to pay the entire weeks stay up front, which is inconvenient if we decided to leave a day or two early. We just went down every day to pay, which is a first for me while traveling. Room was spacious and clean, but maybe... More

Stayed overnight after being helped to find accommodation by the tourist office. Difficult to locate due to one way systems and roadworks. Room spacious , but very basic. Had to unplug empy fridge during the night as noisy. Bed firm but comfortable. Could not have a shower or a wash in the morning as there was no hot water, reception... More

Modern minimal decor (if a little scuffed) a bit out from the center of town and across from a park. There is free parking on the street. Nice staff, very comfortable bed, room fridge and a teeny balcony. And an enormous bath tub! A good value, would stay again.

The room was fine, nothing special, but a nice size. The breakfast was okay, but nothing more than that. The restaurant was horrendous. The beer wasn't cold. We waited about an hour to get our food, a simple steak and some chicken. After 45 minutes the service said that the chef had forgotten us, but it was under it's way.... More
