Hotel grounds and swimming good. Rooms very dated but clean and bed comfy. Not very dog friendly...the dog can stay in your room for a extra 20 euros. Have to sign a disclaimer. Dogs only allowed outside not on the inside areas to eat ie bar, inside terrace. Only one member of staff friendly and helpful, others rude and standoffish.

Very friendly staff. Due to covid restrictions, the hotel experience is always poor. Although the staff has endeavored to make your stay a pleasant one, the truth is that it was an overpriced bed and breakfast.

From day 1 till day 28 i felt welcome. The staff is very friendly and despite the difficult Covid-19 time they tried everything to make you feel comfortable. Looking forward to come back again to this hotel.

Rooms are outdated and need refurbishment. The airco / heather was not possible to adjust to a certain temperature as it gave only hot air even when it was set on 10 degrees. Honestly speaking not worth the 4 stars anymore.

If You want some quiet hotel room where you can rest noiseless, forget this hotel. Otherwise you can find yourself (almost) sharing your hotel room with yours noisy neighbours. On the other hand, the staff can't be more friendly and useful. Really nice and professional people. Breakfast is OK.

As usual the hotel was well run, staff friendly and helpful. Meals always good, a nice variety at breakfast and the meals at night very well presented and tasty. The rooms spacious and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for value for money.

Excellent little hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and very plentiful, there is a restaurant for an evening meal but I would say the choice is a little limited. There is a very small gym which I did use and an outside pool which I didn't as it was too cold the time I year I went. This location is handy if you are exploring Lisbon, southern Portugal and east and perhaps as far north as santarem. You can walk to a train station so be in the centre of Lisbon in an hour and 20 minutes. I would return again.
