Hotel is very central, under ground parking a short walk away and is subsidised by hotel. If departing hotel before 10am, its possible to drive car to hotel to load up. Staff here are great, all of them, friendly & professional. Checking in, we were given a glass of port & pasties de nata such a lovely gesture. Breakfast very good hot choices, bacon egg sausages. Continental lots of fresh fruit and cereal. Of course a selection of pasties tea, English breakfast & coffee available. Some basic rooms, whilst modern and spotlessly clean, on the small side but not a deal breaker.

The hotel itself is located on a charming pedestrian street in the heart of the city. It is a lovely 5 story property with cute rooms walking distance to anywhere you want to go, but it's the staff that really makes it. My travel partner and I had terrible flight delays and arrived about 30 hours late with no luggage. The hotel upgraded us in an effort to improve our day and assisted us with repeatedly calling the airport and helping us to track down one of our bags. They were genuinely invested in helping us and could not have been more kind. I wish I had gotten each of their names so I could personally thank them over and over again. What a team this hotel has!

The hotel is on a quiet pedestrianised street in walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and although tehy aren't huge, are more than big enough for 2 people, with plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are small (no bath in our room) but adequate and the shower was excellent. Staff speak excellent English (for those of us who don't speak Portugeses) and are friendly and helpful, There is a good and reasonably priced breakfast buffet available as an option. Highly recommended on the basis of our stay.

This hotel is fabulous! We booked three rooms, 2 budget and one superior. I loved the superior room as it was so spacious and had facilities fir tea and coffee. In the evening all the family would merge into the superior room to have evening drinks and plan the next day! The bed, shower, bathroom were brilliant, the bathroom very spacious and the maid came in everyday to clean and fold the towels. The reception staff were very helpful and polite and were always on hand if we had an issue. I would definitely stay here again if we visited Lisboa. The hotel is in a great place close to shops, restaurants and monuments, good for a base but also a lovely room to come together I'm the evening.

When we arrived at the hotel on a very cold day, the heating in our room did not work and the room was very cold. The staff took a long time to find a room in which the heating worked, and we moved to the room with heating. The room was not soundproofed and there was a lot of noise from the street with restaurants below the window. The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The location was good, walking distance from most of the sites and transport. This is definitely not a four-star hotel and we would not stay here again.

Dear Dave C, Greetings from Lisboa, First of all let me thank you for sharing your feedback and your concerns with the Tripadvisor comunity. We truly believe it will help us to grow and ultimately and in time, to improve hotel facilities, quality of service and attitude. All in all I'm very sorry to hear you were not totally satisfied with this boutique hotel. Regarding your comment, we perfectly remember the situation, in which there were some problems with the air conditioning which consequently affected the comfort of our esteemed guests. As the hotel was very busy, the reception team made every effort to allocate another room and ensure that the air conditioning was working perfectly. Nevertheless, we would also like to inform other travellers that the room given was indeed the room you have booked. we can analise again if the bedroom description is accurate, but given what we have loaded in our website we feel it depicts what it is. Again, we are also very sorry that we did not meet your expectations, however we hope to have a second chance to prove that we are worthy of your visit. Kind regards

Perfect place for a stay in Lisbon. It is clean, modern and has a full restaurant. Best of all, though, are the people - friendly, reliable, helpful and a pleasure to meet. The location is ideal for tourists wanting to explore the usual highlights of Lisbon. I only wish that I could remember everyone's name to send a special thank-you to them. The young man on the desk at night arranged for us to be picked up at the hotel at 1:30 am, to go to the airport for our ridiculously early morning flight. Talk about reducing our stress as to how we were going to get to the airport! When we return to Lisbon (and we will), this is where we will stay.

The hotel is very well located. Walking distance to many attractions, landmarks and transportation . Breakfast is buffet with a lot of variety. I want to recognize Ana, Pedro and Bravo for your help and customer service . They were always willing to assist us. The rooms are small but comfy and very clean. We definitely recommended and we will come back again

Check in at the hotel was smooth. All the staff were kind, helpful and friendly and made my stay pleasant. My room was clean, well air-conditioned and very comfortable. Housekeeping also does a good job on a daily basis. I was presented with a bottle of water and a welcome gift in my room. A gracious attention to detail! The location is unbeatable - lots of restaurants , cafes and shops right on this pedestrian friendly street. Take metro Baixa from the airport to the hotel- it’s faster than Rossio to reach the hotel. My only suggestion would be to have a kettle in the room as it would be great to have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning or a cup of tea in the afternoon. Other than that, a highly recommended hotel!

The behotellisboa is great and location is supreme. Upon arrival, we were given Pasteis de Nata and port to drink. Turns out we booked the largest suite in the hotel and it did not disappoint. It looked just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure. And the staff were exceptionally helpful. Would highly recommend to someone trying to stay right by Rua Augusta as it is just one street off. Close enough to the action, but far enough that it is still quiet.
