I will be back. I absolutely enjoyed everything about Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. Everyone was helpful when it came to suggestions or recommendations as well as assistance with navigating the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. You get to eat almost anything and the quality of the food and presentation made me feel like I was at an upscale restaurant. I will be back. I hope it’s soon. Love from Chi-Town <3
A business hotel located on a busy avenue with excellent connections to city. Our room was at the back of the hotel on 4th floor and although we could hear the A/C units, we got good sleep. We could also hear aircraft climbing from the international airport from around 06:30 AM - just something to be aware of. The hotel is well run and the staff courteous and professional. The hotel appears well maintained and quality of furnishings is high. Food and drinks are high standard too. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
Great hotel located in what seems to be a business/residential area so you need to use the superb Metro system to go downtown or anywhere lively. You can travel the entire Metro, bus and tram network for €6.45 per day or include mainline trains for an additional €4! One of the best city transport systems we’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself is spotless with friendly staff and nice surroundings.
VERY well position, easy to reach from the airport too. Silent, clean with an incredible breakfast. Due to the weather I didn't enjoy the roof I'll do next time in Lisboa. I love the SPA even if the water of the pool wasn't warm enough.
Breakfast is perfect great assortiment, nice staff at the reception Location is good.easy to hop on the bus or metro to the town. Diner is not recommended. The food was cold en there were several empty dished
We stayed as group of three girls. We had a big room with a double bed and a pull out bed. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of room for makeup and toiletries. Plenty of wardrobe space. Beds were really comfortable and lovely big windows overlooking the street. The shower was big with good water pressure. Bidet in bathroom. The hotel was very close to subway and train station. Easy to get to from the airport. Nice area around hotel. Halal food options available in area. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful when we asked for directions to sites. We used the spa facilties and they were very good. There was a pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We all had a back massage which was very good. Very clean hotel. Overall a great hotel.
First time to Portugal, great location for underground, Eduardo Park. Cafes and shop. Clean modern and great food. Hotel staff friendly professional and knowledgeable. Room clean bright and comfortable, loved overall decor of whole hotel. Too tired to use all facilities will next visit though!
Our small business used the Jupiter for a team meetup. The staff, food quality and room comfort were all excellent. Had a minor issue with some bathroom hardware yet it was on the last part of my stay so I notified them in the post stay survey. It would not prohibit me from returning to the Jupiter. I would absolutely stay at the Jupiter again should I return to Lisbon.
Myself and my husband love the Jupiter hotel in Lisbon. It's so modern and very clean . Wonderful staff . We have stayed there a good few times now with no problems . The hotel is so centre to all the restaurants , pubs , shops ect . My favourite is the gym and indoor swimming pool with sauna . The spa is also amazing with all the different treatments on offer. We are planning a trip there in January 2023. Can't wait 🥰🥰
Despite having some sort of miscommunication in services, I think the property is fair enough to be considered for my next trip. But, I think they should fairly explain the hidden charge for using mini-bar and other services. They only kept some QR codes which people will merely scan.
