We arrive a couple hours early of scheduled check-in, we ring the bell but no one opens. We have to call the owner (a young unpolite english guy) who finally lets us in after 20 minutes. We ask if we can leave our bags in the room since we are early, but the owner says no since the room are being disinfected "for our safety" (yeah, sure). Coming back later we find the room dirty, unkept, no toilet paper, and worst of all, cockroaches inside!! (see pictures). And these things were well alive. Nice disinfection, man!

We booked Boho again after a great stay in 2018 as we loved it the first time around. Unfortunately this year our experience was not even close to that first one/ you would think its a different place. This year we were put in a room on the top floor, which had hanging off power sockets, a hole in the wall, the matresses were about 30 years old and the only shelving unit in the room where we could have put anything on had all the shelves lying on the floor... taking into account We’ve been to Lisbon 5 times and we have never been unhappy with the accommodation I believe we should have chosen anything else and would be much happier. Checking my reservation on booking.com I also saw that the room we booked had the photos of the nice, much bigger rooms. Safe to say we will not be staying again. So many other great options in Lisbon.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very very friendly and helpful staff! Easy to find. Very secure apartment. Code to enter the building, apartment and then key to each room. Five rooms on the floor with two bathrooms but not all rooms were occupied so never had an issue. Central location. Cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as buses and train station etc. Clean place, towels included. Bathroom was clean but smelled a little. Hairdryer included. Very nice overall and would recommend!
