I booked this hotel for my son (19 yrs old) and his friend for their summer trip. The receptionist did not speak English and could not know how to deal with credit card transaction. My son almost did not make it to airport due to the hotel credit card transaction system error. I think there are much better options (price/quality)...

Booked this hotel due to its great location, close to the city centre and good underground transport connections. The property is quite old and improvements are basically add-on to the existing building, e.g. the lift door opens only in between floors, so you either go up to your floor or down to your floor. Wooden flooring is not good in...

The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Lisbon. The room was big enough for me and my husband, bathroom very tiny. Breakfast very poor, but then again, I've stayed in a hotel in centre of Lisbon once and it was even worse. Free wifi is a big bonus and quite a good selection of English tv channels....

I was in lisbon for three days in september, the worst period to find an hotel, beacuse it s full of turist, and i found that residecial. It s in a really good position, near the metro and near the principal street, in a really quiet zone. We was two people and we took the reservation for the room day...

Dublin guest house is a very simple heritage place which is comfortable and has a great location to the city of Lisbon. The rooms were clean and everything you need need for a few nights sleep in comfort.

It is a good place if you don't spend much time in the hotel. Breakfasts are very poor. No wi-fi in the room. Just put your stuff and run away. However, location is perfect for visiting the city. Easy to find and easy access to different metro lines. I think there are better options (price/quality) available in Lisbon.

Good location near metro stations and near Avenida da Liberdade, minutes walk to main attractions in the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. The room was clean. Towels were changer daily. The air conditioning worked. Good value for money.

Good room with private bathroom, quiet, clean and the price (32.50 euros) included breakfast. Free wifi, strong signal. Location is walking distance to the central city areas. I have reached the minimum 200 characters yet?

We've spent 3 nights in this hotel. While at first sight I thought it would be a bad option, we realised that in fact it would be a perfect stay. The hotel is a renewed old flat divided into different rooms provided with basic furniture, toilet, shower, sink,TV,air coinditioning and comfortable and big bed. The breakfast, which is included in the price, do...

I spent five nights in this place, and found it rather old, poorly maintained and on the dirty side... The pros? Convenient location, low price and friendly staff. I would pick some place else, if I were you, but you sleep comfortably (no outdoor noise, most rooms face inwards).
