The Staff there are fantastic. But once past the reception desk it is all down hill. Dont know where the photos are from here, never seen a room like any of them. No phones in the room, even though photos show them. There was no FREE breakfast, we were offered breakfast at 5 euro per person, we were there last week, 13/5/2015.

We had requested a private room with a bathroom, and were given a smoking room quad - I didn't know smoking rooms were still around, so I was a bit surprised. I was under the impression that the rest of the place would reflect the reception area, which is nice, and the brochures they had up front, but the rooms...

I booked Dinastia Guesthouse for the weekend, upon returning from another trip. What attracted me was the decent price per night and the fact that it was near the "Rato" metro station (though if you have heavy bags be prepared to lug them up a lot of stairs and a hill). I found the front receptionist and manager very helpful...

The sleeping rooms were too small; the bathroom only was separatet from it by a courtain made of plastic, the tub was rusty; the door was hard to lock and to open; the coffee was disgusting, they didn't refill the items at the breakfast buffet in time; the concierges were friendly and helpful

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was terrible. We arrived in the room and noticed that our bathroom did not have a door. This resulted in some awkward situations because the toilet was almost next to the bed. Pretty bad for the price we paid, We will definitely not return here.

We stayed for one night, 8 adults + 1 baby. The staff has been very nice, we even have been upgraded to a big appartment with 4 bedroom. Hotel is not too far from Barrio Alto and downtown, quite convenient. We had a little hard time to find it so I would recommend a GPS :) Breakfast was simple but...

The hotel is being refurbished. My room was one of the old ones but it was spacious, the bed was good, nice soft cotton sheets and it was cleaned every day. In the bathroom the only thing that bothered me were the taps of the sink that were very old and hard to use, would not open and close easily....

Well the room we got was definitely not one of the refurbished rooms! It is on a busy main road with no double glazing which was extremely noisy all night. When we returned to the hotel around 11pm the guests occupying the rooms next to us were on their way out so we were woken up when they returned. There...

Each time I have been here I get another room, quirky, lovely views. The breakfast though could do with some boiled eggs!! I dont understand why we get Jelly and Creme Caramel. The staff is very very helpful. Its convenient and I will always stay there when in Lisbon.
