No nonsense hostel, small room, plumbing of bathroom should be improved a bit smelly. Staff is very friendly, and services are ok. Easy to reach from airport by metro. Next to the hostel a great place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The room was clean and large enough. It had TV and air conditioning. The bed as noisy and the room was noisy as well. The worst part of it was that there was a single towel, changed only every 2 days. Staff was always nice.

I've been there during an holiday in Lisbon last year. Good place, clean and cheap, located in a central position of the city near the bus stop and the underground station. The recepitionists are kind and professional.

A little bit small room, but has own shower room. Three metro lines are just a few minutes by walk, two bus stops at the front door and some more in the next street. Aircondited/heated room with wifi. Very kind staff and after you ckeck-out, you can leave there your baggage for free.

We did not have a good start with Residencial Joao XXI upon our arrival. First off the airport pickup we arranged through the hotel did not show due to an am/pm mix up. Not an issue, we just caught a taxi into town instead. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to find out that they gave our...

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was very big and comfortable. The a/c worked fine and so did the wifi. There was a lift, which is very rare in Lisbon. The train station Entrecampos is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel and most of Lisbon's attractions are also within walking distance. The staff...

A very acceptable budget class hotel. Rooms comfortable. Internet satifactory. Staff very helpful and bus 760 from the door takes one directly to Praca do Comercio. Plenty of restaurants in the area and Metro STation Picaos allows one to connect with the airport.
