You can't beat the location of this place. While a bit noisy at night if you choose a room with a balcony, you're right in the heart of it all. Check in was simple as they send you access codes a few days in the advance. The room was simple, but still trendy. Would definitely book here again!

Dear Guest, I appreciate your review. You are right, Lisbon has evolved a lot in the last few years, especially the Chiado district where we are is in frenetic change. Lots of new restaurants, bars, shops and places to visit just at walking distance. The new Embaixada has just opened 100m away from us with an impressive space for eating...

Hall Chiado is the perfect location to engage in the adventure of discovering what the capital of Portugal has to offer. Privacy was expected, but the availability of staff when needed was exemplary. In particular, for me, Sonia was there to answer my questions, some of which were often more complicated than just tourism.

Dear Guest, I thank you a lot for the nice review! Me, Leonor and Marta are in the ground floor office every day at least from 10AM to 4PM and ready to help in any way we can. When we say that Hall Chiado is more like your home than a hotel, this means also a service that goes beyond...

Our second time here, so we had some idea of what to expect and everything was exactly as we hoped. The elegnat style and simplicity of the room and furnsihings made for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Cannot recommend this highly enough for comfort and location

The hotel is so beautiful and every single detail is perfect. It is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the app is superb! Nearby there is the Time Out Market only a 5 minute walk away filled delicious food and treats. The location is fantastic as it is near the water,...

We had a great stay here! For those who appreciate beauty in simplicity...you'll love it! Interesting design and yet comfortable and super clean. I loved the wooden hangers, cork floors and always pleasant fragrance in the halls. Also the free water bottles were nice. The friendly reception helped us with a cancelled flight and finding another hotel since they were...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the nice review! You know many times we see hotels with dark colours and thick carpets but we think this is a bit out-dated. We prefer simplicity and bright, clear colours, which raises the challenge for cleanliness. On this subject there is no compromise, our effort to make sure the rooms are spotlessly...

Large clean double room + a small room with a bunk-trundle bed, which could accomodare three children + a super large bathroom and a small kitchen. In the hearth of Lisbon. Quiet room, that faced a shaft. The app Hall Chiado is brilliant. Recommended.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Both our family suites face the inner shaft in the back of the building, to make sure they are quiet and tranquil. Any suggestions for improvements on our app are very welcome. Best regards, Sonia

What I really want to say is that the lovely girl (sorry I've forgotten your name) doing the reception duties could not have been more helpful and friendly. There was a problem with my reservation and despite it not being Hall Chiado's fault she could not do enough to ensure my stay in Lisbon was enjoyable.

We recently had a long weekend in this beautiful city and booked to stay at Hall Chiado. It was perfect. Centrally located within easy walking distance of the main heart of the old city. It is also very affordable given the level of comfort and location. I especially liked the keyless system and the fact that there was in effect...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the nice review! Chiado has in fact a lot of wonderful options for breakfast. Quinoa is perhaps the closest and has great variety and quality (I go there a lot of times myself) but there are other options for different tastes. Hall chiado is so close to lots of great bars and restaurants, it is the perfect base for a wonderful visit. My room (number8) had its own kitchenette too and is just up the road from the market. We had a family room for us and our two teenage children. Great rooms with kitchenette, large shower room. The only thing is that it feels quite dark but on the plus side it's very quiet as it lies towards an inner courtyard. It has a great location within walking distance to many attractions! And a great concept with no...

Dear Guest, Thank you for the nice review. Our two family suites face the back of the building to an inner shaft. They have less natural light in fact but, as you say, they are much more quiet than the rooms facing the main street. Best regards, Leonor
