We booked superior double room in this hotel (they call themselves a guest-house) and its wasn’t a bad choice of stay. Location was really good, and the room was spotless. WiFi worked fine, and the location is just a few minutes walk away from the...More
I was there on business for a couple of nights and it was perfect for that. As long as you don’t mind walking for 2 minutes to get breakfast, which I didn’t. Great, clean rooms, amazing views and location and great service. Very positive experience....More

Rooms were unique, spacious, comfortable. Location was wonderful for exploring Lisbon. We walked out the front door and were steps away from one of Rick Steve's walking tours of Lisbon. Would return and would recommend.

Thank you for your nice review. Your return is expected and very welcome. For your next visit consider the Pilar 7 Bridge Experience, also with a very easy access from the hotel with the tram 15 in Cais do Sodré.
We stayed here for 3 nights in October on our first trip to Lisbon. The whole experience couldn't have been better and I have recommended this 'hotel' to so many people since. I felt safe and secure the whole time (even though there is no...More

“Not a hotel” - this is the claim with which Hall Chiado advertises itself. And it is correct. Although everything is clean, modern and friendly, the overall standard is rather that of a hostel. A few days before your stay you will receive an email...More

Thank you for your comment, it is very important for us to know how our guests feel during the stay, so we may improve our service. Hall Chiado aims to be an extension of your home. The concept challenges the hotel parameters.
Enjoy a cocktail, discover a jazz club, hit the dance floor or simply grab a beer and catch up with your friends in the street: Bairro Alto, Bica and Cais do Sodré are the core of it all. Amazing rooftops, restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, museums and theaters abound. Start off by admiring the river from the Santa Catarina belvedere, have a cocktail at PARK's rooftop bar, try a typical Portuguese steak, or
the fresh grilled fish, at Príncipe do Calhariz, and later explore the dozens of streets full of bars and clubs! Whether you're visiting for a day or a whole week, make sure you visit Bairro Alto and its surroundings.
Sorry for the late reply. The lockers are quite big, I think that there will be no problem. Anyhow, we are in the office next door from 10AM to 16PM and can keep your suitcase there.
Check-out is until 12h.
