Stayed at this hotel recently on our week end trip to Lisbon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located close to Metro and airport which is approx 20 minutes. Rooms good size and very clean with small balcony.. Breakfast very good. We didn't eat in the restaurant. Would recommend. Possibly a good four star rather than a 5 star.

Very close to the Metro and convenient fro the Red line to the Airport (20 minutes) and the Blue line to the city centre (15 minutes). The Hotel was in a quiet location with some reasonable restaurants nearby if you chose not to eat in the hotel. Book the breakfast as part of the deal as it is well worth...

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. We were greeted warmly on arrival and dealt with efficiently at check in. The room we were allocated was sumptuous and in the Palace side of the hotel as it was a 60th birthday treat. The room was clean and effectively cleaned each day. Nice comfortable pillows and bedding and the breakfast was of a...

Very nice stay - really nice staff! Gave us a birthday cake and champagne when they realised it was my wife's birthday!! Good location for Metro and shopping centre. A bit quite, not much life in the bar!

Hotel has excellent location in a quite and nice neighborhood with direct access from airport (red line) and 10' access to center of Lisbon (walk+metro). it's a "hotel with the soul", nice atmosphere and comfort. There are more than enough choices at breakfast. Only minor drawback was that a bed was bit hard.

Near Subway for easy travel to airport and down town. Fitness possibility. Good food at restaurants, friendly staff and very good room. Near Corte Ingles for shopaholics. In all a perfect hotel for a perfect stay in Lissabon.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and highly recommend it. Friendly helpful staff and hotel is spotless. The metro is beside the hotel so easy to get about the city easily although the main department store shops and restaurants are beside the hotel . My only fault with the hotel is the hard mattress but then again...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not really 5* but good 4*. Rooms are spacious, however mattresses very hard and basis / support flat wood. Breakfast good, however also more of an 4* than 5*. Noisy and overcrowded breakfast room. Centrally located (El Corte Ingles and Metro station 3 blocks away). Parking available.

More like 4* because some facilities weren't available (jacuzzi out of order for full 5 days we were there!). Noisy on ground floor rooms.....our friends said the noise was unbearable with the disco close to them. Beds are extremely hard. Not informed of 10 euro room tax on arrival! 1 euro per person per day. Clean and tidy rooms.....serviced daily....
