The hotel location is brilliant, very walk-able to most places. The hotel is in urgent need of modernisation and refurbishment. The rooms do not look as though they have been refurbished when they opened and has a very dated 70s look.

The rooms are dated and in need of some maintenance - they are correct for the price and location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't great - give that a miss. Lots of great sites and restaurants within walking distance.

My studio apartment was comfortable, if a bit worn. Kitchen was fully equipped and quite handy for me cooking most meals. The location is excellent, right next to Rossio plaza and the metro. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar with amazing views and a...More

A pending candidate to become a World Heritage Site,
Lisbon's downtown (the "Baixa Pombalina", or simply
"Baixa") is a perfect example of anti-earthquake
construction, having been rebuilt following the 1755

I'm not sure as I did not have a car. Perhaps contact the hotel and see if they have a recommendation.

There seemed to be parking underneath the square - Praça dos Restauradores. I would contact the hotel directly to enquire. The public transport is excellent, so having a car isn't at all necessary.

Sorry - only just seen this. We checked in about 10 and there was no fee. Not sure about later though. You would have to check with them.
