Excellent hotel, great location, close to a direct metro to the entertainment district. The reception staff made us feel welcome and checked us into the room in a short time. Lifts have a one-stop to your floor. Great views. Cleaning services are fantastic and they did extra effort . bed Turn around in the evenings was done well with bottled water and chocolates added. Room request for extra towels etc was attended to promptly. Breakfast was a large setup, with plenty of choices for juices, cereals, bread/cakes , fruits and hot breakfast. I didn't expect Papaya, went a treat. The breakfast staff were excellent. I wondered what kept the staff motivated. We had a cocktail reception in the sky lounge on the 24th floor. Large panoramic views across the city. Renata made an effort to hear us both positively and negatively (We didn't have any negatives). A special thanks to Patricia Costa and her colleagues in guest relations who went out of the way to help us with places to see and visit, transport and even offered to make us a booking. Visited Lisbon the first time, and will stay in Corinthia the next time and in other cities. I thought good hotel hospitality begin East of Dubai. I changed my mind after this visit. Great Portuguese hospitality begins here. …
Great experience. Since the very first moment you step into the hotel, you feel welcomed. Staff is great! I chose the executive room with lounge access, it was a great choice. Located in the last floor, executive lounge was great, specially after a Long hauling day I would return and grab some bite and look at the views.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. The hotel has a gym with modern equipment and a side studio where you can work out or do yoga, there is also a lovely pool and spa. Our room had a terrific view of Lisbon and was cleaned regularly. We also visited the beautiful Sky bar on the 24th floor for drinks and it has exemplarly views of the city.
High level of everything as you’d expect at a Corinthia. Located towards the north end of the city and just 15 mins from the airport. My room was a good size with a fabulous bathroom (great shower) and turn down service with water and a chocolate treat every night. Breakfast was epic with a huge choice and fresh eggs cooked as you like and fresh omelettes. The team were all friendly with great tips on using the metro (which is quick, cheap and easy to navigate). Rooftop bar (decent views) and Ervas are both great with a great choice of drinks. Whilst there are hotels closer to the Old Town district this is still a great all-rounder hotel.
Hotel and room was beautiful. The staff where amazing at every area including restaurants. The restaurant Erva was also really good and the waitress was exceptionally good. The hotel isn;t within walking distance of the main attractions but is only 5 mins from a metro line which takes you into the centre quickly and cheaply.
The hotel is not in the city centre - but do not be fooled by this - it is worth every minute of your stay, and its convenient location to public transport makes it very comfortable for cummuting into the overcrowded city centre - and Taxi and Uber drivers know their way as well! Despite its considerable size, all staff is always friendly and comforting, giving you the feeling of being the only customer and their full focus of their attention. Most important for us - cleanliness of the room in particular, but the hotel overall. And the property leaves nothing to wish for - clean floors (and carpets), bed linen to die for, and bathrooms that - if you are lucky enough to have one with bath tub, would even motivate me to take a bath - and for a hotel, this is an absolute medal of efficiency and thoroughness to house keeping. Well done! I love the variety of food options, the outside bar, and Erva restaurant is nothing short of first class - both in atmosphere and food quality. Conveniently located just 15-20 minutes away from Lisbon airport, reaching the hotel is also easy. They do have a garage for parking, and there is also enough parking available in the vacinity. It goes without saying that their windows are sound proof - another factor I greatly appreciate in hotels - it is quiet!. Yes, you might have to take the metro or a car to reach the city centre, but i will take a comfy bed, clean linen, great service and quiet surroundings over a "okay-hotel" in the city centre any day! …
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are top-notch and the dining is excellent in the hotel. The staff takes care of every need, and they do it in a very professional way. The attention to detail in the rooms is very nice, and lots of options right outside the hotel.
We were two couples who stayed here for one night. It’s was so good! The breakfast was amazing and the service to. Maybe it was a little bit to walk to the city but I thought it was worth it. I can really recommend it!
Had a great stay in Lisbon at the Corinthia. The family room worked well with two good size rooms and bathrooms that were connected. Good quality (as expected in a top hotel), coffee in rooms and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, set us up well for the day. Location, was near a tube stop which took you right into the main areas, while a little further out it was relatively quiet and we got used to the tube back each day - though we did use Uber for some of the more out of the way areas. Nice bar area, one afternoon, the barman even taught my son how to make (non alcoholic!) cocktails - very good of him and added to the experience. Lisbon itself was a fantastic city, quite hilly to walk but good to explore, great food and friendly people. The timeout market was crazy (in a good way) , the kids loved it. Would recommend.…
We were really impressed by Patricia Costa at the Concierge who was great with all her suggestions, and who was really kind and always had an infectious smile. Doigo at the bar was also absolutely brilliant and made stuff happen like incredible Margheritas and sushi even when the bar had closed. This is what made the stay brilliant and covered up for many other things which were honestly not upto par
