Stayed in this property for 4 days and unfortunately, the place is in a sad state. The hotel is located in the Rato neighborhood, very safe and charming. The staff looks very unhappy and the hotel is very dated and in need of a big time renovation. It is like visiting your grandma back in the sixties. Everything in this...

The hotel is within a walking distance to Lisboa's charming Bairro Alto and Chiado. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offer very good. However, the hotel needs to carry out renovations everywhere: from the (slightly dark and grim) decor and the furniture to the bathtubs and taps. Recommendable if you want to be downtown and stay only for a...

I have been in this hotel for two nights .Its location is relatively good ...ten minutes to metro station and about half an hour to city center by walking .The rooms and decoration is old and needs renovation .The lift can not handle more than four people !!! at once .The staff are helping and friendly.

Unfortunately we had to stay here throughout our holiday as we had a non refundable booking. Luckily Lisboa is a lovely place so we stayed out as much as we could. I have stayed in 3, 4 & 5 star hotels around the world and this was my worst experience ever! Room: Beds and pillows must be from the 17th...

Reception area was old fashioned but ok. Lifts very run down. Corridors to rooms very dull and depressing, with some of the worst "artwork" I have ever seen displayed in public. The room was adequate and clean but the furnishings were very out of date. In the bathroom, the chain and plug were attached to the bath with polyfilla or...

We booked this through booking.com. We should have asked to look at the room when we arrived & before we paid. This hotel was awful. We were very depressed end when we walked into the room & saw how shabby it was. Poor lighting, mould in the bathroom, curtains off the track. I asked for an iron & they said...

A but rundown hotel, all the bathroom plumbing is quite old, air conditioner is the funniest thing I've seen in several years, seemed ancient. Not that clean, black long hair on the bathroom walls was not the most pleasant thing to discover. Breakfast is good though, and they have a tiny swimming pool in the yard, for those who prefer...

Positives: plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, reasonable breakfast, service with a smile from Soraia in the bar. Negatives: Very unhelpful reception staff. My husband and I were at this hotel as it was pre-booked for us for my husband to attend a conference, and three of the four nights we stayed there had been pre-paid for us. Nevertheless we...

Nice hotel not far from the city centre. Room was very clean and cosy but bathroom need some modernisation. WiFi worked very good. Breakfast was basic but good choice of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a quiet, tucked-away area on a residential street while having a central location that allows guests to walk to many of the attractions. There are great views and restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops are within walking distance and transportation stops are nearby.
