The rooms are spacious with a back terrace. The tv is the box type with Portuguese channels only. The amenities are very basic but comfortable enough. Location is quite fair. Transportation access is fantastic as it includes the famous No. 28 Tram.

This is a good option if you're travelling on a budget. The hotel is located in the old part of Lisbon so you get to enjoy the view of impressive building façades. Room was clean, nice and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood, which may get a little noisy at night. Parking might require some patience.

No great frontage to this hotel, just an entrance lobby sandwiched between shops, but the staff are polite and helpful. This no frills hotel is just basic, but the bedrooms and en-suites are clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast - well use the café next door which is cheap. Public transport is cheap, but if there are four of you,...

This hotel is great value for money, nice rooms very clean and modern. The location is walking distance to centre of Lisboa and is on the tram and metro line. Colourful multi cultural neighbourhood with shops, supermarket, take away food and a bakery coffee shop next door. As others have mentioned the wifi is a bit sketchy in the rooms....

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but too cold (even using aircondition as heater didnt help) and the wc has a weird glass door so you should really know well your roomate. Additionally no internet in the room which was annoying.

Hotel is a few steps from Intendente Metro Station in a quite quiet area taking into account that you are in town. Hotel is clean, tidy, secure, confortable, bed linen and towels tidy and smooth. Lady at the reception is top: helpfull and very nice. The only points negative is a very narrow lift + wifi just available at reception/ground...

This hotel is located within walking distance to the centre of Lisbon and can easily be accessed by metro. Very clean, functional room, with a large bathroom. We received a much-appreciated free upgrade from a room with shared bathroom to one with private bathroom. Cheers

We stayed here for 4 nights in a room with private bathroom. Room was very clean and spacious. Furniture was new and modern. Bathroom was nice and clean. Very helpful staff, they helped us with all needed information and touristic reservations. Location is ok, 10-minute walk to the city center. Guest house is near metro station, there are also several...
