Came to this hotel through a friend and took pot luck. delightfully surprised. courteous, friendly staff, especially Antonio at the mini restaurant; love breakfast staff from East Timor and Goa, spotlessly clean and best of all, it's right opposite the Sao Sebastiao Metro terminal. So when you take the red line from the airport, not long afterwards you're right in...

I stayed in Sana Reno Hotel with my Mother for 4 nights (early February) as part of a 3 day mini-break for my birthday. I initially decided to stay in Sana Reno because of the wonderful reviews i had read about the hotel online. The staff were fantastic, they couldn't have been any more helpful and gave myself and my...

Clean, good shower, good breakfast with variety, friendly staff and an excellent bed. Not the best location, but not bad at all. I would stay in this hotel again, specially thinking that the price is good.

Clean and comfortable hotel not too far from the bus station by taxi. Metro station was accessible directly opposite the hotel which was extremely handy. Breakfast was basic and this is one area they can do better in. Overall our stay was good and worth it!

We had a two-family trip to Lisboa in November -16 and stayed for 6 nights in Sana Reno Hotel. Our experience was really good: the hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and modern and the breakfast was ok. The service was good. It was a pity that the pool was not heated, it would have been nice to have a...

Ideally placed just by the Metro entrance so that you can get equally easily and quickly either to the airport or the centre of town. Also, just by the lovely park and great museum of the Fundacao Gulbenkian. Very quiet location, friendly service, beautifully appointed room, with a great ensuite. Excellent breakfast buffet. As we were visiting in December we...

We have asked for several requests (room at superior floor, welcome surprise letter, matrimonial bed, etc.) and all of them were fulfilled. The location is great (at 10 meters from the subway station - Sao Sebastiao), the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed for 5 nights mid October. All of the staff we met were pleasant, helpful and spoke English - we regret we speak no Portuguese. We had a room (803) on the 8th floor directly opposite the entrance to the pool. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet this room was given its location- no banging doors heard. We...

No complaints about this hotel. Lovely staff and very quiet comfortable room. Mini-fridge in room which can accommodate a bottle of wine if you so choose. The house wine in the hotel though, is only €10 per bottle, so very reasonable. The TV has good English movies with sub-titles and channels in English (for the men out there I know...
