We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and good size for 2 people. The only thing that was bothering us was the noise coming from the corridor and the rooms next door. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear even small noises.

The location was excellent -- walking distance of the River, Alfama, Baixa/Chiado, Bario alto and other central neighborhoods. I usually take an airbnb but the room had enough space (they have different size rooms) for one person and a coffee machine, teakettle and refrigerator. Besides the location, the staff were all excellent especially Diego and Luanna who gave great recommendations for all of my questions including telling me where to get a free coronavirus test. It was also great to have the room cleaned well every day with sheets and towels changed especially during Coronavirus. Great place to stay in the center

Great location, great staff and great breakfast BUT… very tiny room, we couldn’t even walk past each other. Had to keep one suitcase in the bathroom. Room full of unnecessary furniture. Shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. Worst part was the constant temperature fluctuations of the water.

Great staff, very helpful nice lobby filled with MCM remake furniture. The room was tiny and the window opened to a nasty air shaft. The shower door could not be opened unless the sliding bathroom door was open. Too much stuff in this little room, table chairs 7 pieces of art hung crooked, and a giant mirror. The location is great but I would never stay there again. Bottom line: I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

I’ve stayed at Browns hotel three times during the past two years. There’s a few reasons that I always come back. The atmosphere, the friendly staff, the nice lobby, the good breakfast that is served until 11.30am every day!!! And the location in the heart of Lisbon!
