We have just returned from Lisbon for a long weekend. The room we booked for myself and friend on arrival was small and very poorly decorated. We were then shown the sweet on the top floor that we accepted only because we had already paid in advance. We had to pay a surcharge for the apparent upgrade. They had to...

Pleasant hotel located in a back street. Not sure I would fancy a long stay as rooms were a little dated but comfortable. I arrived midnight and left early morning so maybe not enough time to give a full opinion. Bathroom very clean and little things added for shower etc which were helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty on offer and...

We had a great suite, with 3 balconies overlooking the botanical gardens. Lovely bathroom. All very clean with good linens. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. Good location for exploring all the main attractions in Lisbon and not far to Rossio station for going to Sintra.

The hotel lies near the center, especially the Bairro Alto with all the restaurants and bars. The hotel is modern and offers all you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is personally served by order. The only problematic situation is the parking situation. If you are not lucky to get one of the 3 hotel spaces,...

We were spoiled with a rooftop suite....stunning views, fabulous bathroom, roof terrace. In room wifi hub made connection a doddle. Breakfast cooked to order, helpful staff and a fast lift. Great location but the place itself a little bard to find.

We arrived at 9.00 at the hotel, dragging our feet after waking up at 3 a.m. to catch the flight (actually not going to bed at all, of fear we will not be able to wake up in time!). Accomodation as of 13.00 hrs :(, when the former visitor release our room - but we got free coffee instead, a...

This is the loudest hotel i have been in. And it's not Dom the street. The building material is cheap and flimsy. My room has multiple cracks in the paint and walls. You can hear all of the other guests whether they are in the hallway or in their rooms walking around and talking. You can't turn your tv up...

Excellent Location, I even had views of the castle from my room, which was great. Easy access to all of Lisbon's attractions. Staff were friendly but when I start speaking in Portuguese, unless I ask to convert to English I expect to continue the conversation in that language. It is just more polite. The public areas are nice but small,...

A sweet boutique hotel, on a quiet street, just below the the Biarra Alto district. The rooms are pretty, beds comfy, some have a balcony with good views towards the castle. What made this so fabulous was the amazing service from every member of the staff team. We were greeted personally at the door by name on arrival, and from...
